    I wouldn't mind having these! thats the beauty of arma. If you dont like the US having SCARs then dont let them use it or if you dont like the new chooper dont put it down! With arma you can create the game you want.
  9. I find it usefull. It allows you to aim to another target without moving your entire body.

    This Mod is an Gem. Those that download, make sure you check out oll the features, or if your too lazy, load up zarzabaghadoodar at night, throw down a couple of groups and place 3 predators around the area. (make sure you switch Independent friendly to no1) and try and survive.

  13. Just like you guys i find it very difficult to get "into" any other FPS. I find it quite funny when trying a new fps (Only happens round a friends house) to pick out flaws and what not. Like the other day, i went round a mates house and he says "Fancy a game of CoD Black Ops be a good laugh" so i "enthusiastically" agree. After a while (30 seconds) i became bored, and so amused myself by continualy asking questions like "which button makes me lean, you cant? oh" and "Which button switches fire mode, what'd you mean i cant, i can see the button on my gun im holding!". Usually followed by "you know which game you can do xxxx in? . . . . " haha One thing that really pissed my mate off, was i kept scanning the area that was off the map. Couldn't stop myself from doing it through out the game haha!.
  14. Hello. Just been mission making, and just having problems with the setcaptive command. Here's the description of the command on the wiki The line in bold is the one im having problems. Ive got a (BLUFOR) unit with "this setcaptive true" in a trigger with Independent detected by BLUFOR. So folloing this description the trigger should not err trigger when some Independent chap walks along right?. Just wondering if anyone else had the same problems. edit If so is there another way of doing things?

  17. Well heres the mission. Theres a BLUFOR base with a couple of tents. Theres two units as guards and eight units in a tent that have "switch move "sleep". Theres one trigger that covers the area that activates if independent is deteced by BLUFOR. Once triggered the eight sleeping units get up and run about etc. I want the (independent) player to be able to walk about the sleeping units without activating the trigger, but the two units on stag will acivate the trigger. Otherwise the suposedly sleeping units spot the player through the tent 20m away lol. Edits cheers for replying :)

  19. Cheers for reply. The problem in my mission is the trigger in the example above still activates even though the unit has been setcaptive. I need the trigger to remain deactivated while the soldier is captive.
