I found this link, http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=77396 but it had no answers to the problem I am having. I can't install that patch nor any other patches, along with A.C.E mod, i get this error. Game worked before i uninstalled it to reinstalled it, i have reinstalled it three times now, so please don't offer me advise as to reinstalling it, because that seems to not be working. Registy seems to be fine as in the location and stuff...
