    Hi Martin and thank you for taking time to answer my question. Unfortunately it didn't help. I created the folder and went through the installation routine including disc 3. The same problem occurred. Then I tried to create the folder and install disc 1 and 2 and but then choose cancel when it asked for disc 3, but it similarly failed again.

    This is a stupid problem really. Everything fails due to some unnecessary promo videos.

    I tried to reinstall my game and encountered the same problem at disc 3. It's also strange that I don't even have a directory "Codemasters" in Program files. I've installed this game several times since I bought it many years ago. Any ideas how to get round this?
