    I had similar issues: CTD when clicking Single player > Scenarios or, when I can start a game, after some minutes playing (0-5mins).

    The RPT said:

    Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at 0043F4DE

    graphics: D3D9, Device: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280, Driver:nvd3dum.dll 8.17.11.9675

    resolution: 1680x1050x32

    Here is what fixed it for me:

    Setting shadow quality one notch below normal.

    I don't have the problem anymore and can finish 2h+ missions.

    Hopefully others can benefit from this one.

    *EDIT* Nevermind this because today I cannot play any mission. So I will investigate further...

    @Tonci87: Thanks for pointing me to the RPT file.

    That file stated I could not edit/play this mission because of missing content: ACE_Wounds. This is indeed what I had disabled in the past. So I enabled it and all is fine.

    Maybe this is what happens with you too, Kommiekat?

    Now I go play :yay:

    c) ST6 2 ACE (using GL4) 4th mission, Operation Blitz, cannot load. Will not load at all. Have to CTR/ALT/Delete out of it......

    I have exactly the same issue. I'm not using GL4, just the required mods.

    Hopefully there will be a fix for this. I can't wait to continue this great campaign!

    @Sick1: Thanks a lot for this great campaign! I'm having fun with it!

    By the way, Mission operation kill switch, I almost finished it 2 times but I have always one of the hostages not responding, all objectives met. Only need to bring him to the chopper and he's stuck at his original position. Any idea??

    I had this exact problem myself. It is the assistant that won't move.

    Here is what I did:

    Shoot the guy and the mission will be successful

    I have a hard time completing the LHD mission. I can't find any more bad guys. Searched everywhere.

    There are only 2 possibilities to actually enter the ship? One with the Humvee + guy in suit and the other with a greybearded hostage, right?

    What am I missing? Any ideas?
