That PC Gamer Podcast, listened to it again... it's pretty ominous. The reference to them making only a "certain type of game" and the fact that they're smart makes me think this will be a game outside the boundaries of what we've come to know and love them for. ARMA's got years of life in it though.. so... I'll live either way.
I guess we'll know soon enough.

Expansion Pack 2. Arrowhead was EP1, almost all class names have "_EP1" as a prefix.Ah.. thanks. Not to veer off topic, but was British Armed Forces and PMC expansion packs?
-
I've looked, cannot find. What is "ep2" people are talking about?
-
anyone know of a military application to this MD500?

it's interesting that the title is only TKOH_AT_T. No JACAnd why Nonprofits & Activism? Are they making a Greenpeace simulator? Maybe a game where you have to attack whale fishing boats.
Or..you attack the protesters and protect the whale boats?

I'm starting to think this is a Helo sim made at a new branch in Seattle and will have nothing to do with war at all.

I haven't seen this much theorycrafting since the TV series LOST

ah, nice, my friend came up with FoXr9nmEPIC
-
Ah, cool.. thanks for the clarification. It's a worthy game and deserves it's footprint on my HD

Got you, thanks for the info. Think I'm going to try to tackle that merging of Arma 2 and OA. That would probably accomplish something in regard to saving space.
-
All my games are purchased through STEAM.
I've got Arma 2, loved it.
I then got OA, loved it.
Purchased the British expansion and found that the missions for the British expansion are available through the regular OA executable.
Does this mean I can delete OA or do I need both installed?
Can I delete Arma 2 and keep OA as a standalone?
I'm a bit confused. I ask only because I could use freeing up some HD space.
Thanks!

I found that the OA also has scenarios.. which does add value. I still prefer the original Arma 2 to OA though..

Am I missing something? 9 missions? I played the original Arma 2 and it lasted a good while. I put in less than 12 hours on this campaign, I think about 30++ on the original. When that press conference came at the end I thought it was just getting started.
Also, the DLC, does that have a campaign and is it painfully short as well?

Im going on a hunt for him soon, any suggestions on where i should look?Wooded areas

Good info, thanks

I did discover it in 60295, twice in a row hosting a Cipher MP mission. Nothing I can pin it on.
Anyone getting same issue with the 309?
-
Sorry, I did discover you have to gear up at the crates and not the truck. Problem solved, thanks.
-
Most awesome mission, great time.
However, I cannot find any AT on the truck or helo for that matter. The APC is always a problem and I don't have anything to fend it off.
Am I missing something?
Any help would be appreciated.

Uses webcam vs the head thingy.
Anyone try, anyone know if it's decent or crap?

Thanks all. I think it was the cfarma2.com one, but will look at all options given. A friend and I just got the game, love it..looking for something big and serious.

Only if they got stuck for some reason, and even then theyll only say 'where are you' when you are 250m away from them.If they're saying "where are you" because they are far behind they're saying it for a reason. They will continue to stay put till you answer their question by giving a move command.
