1. Command controls can be complex but practice will overcome them and you'll soon be ordering your men around in a couple of keystrokes w/o setting eyes on your keyboard
2. Vehicles are very simple WASD or any user set controls you choose, air vehicles can be keyboard and mouse or joystick
3. A clan, or Unit, would be your best path. I cannot really recommend a group becuase its personal opinion!
4. Yes there is VOIP (known ingame as VON)

In partic...if you pick a European Army, there are large areas of the game where battles can be won by diplomacy and complaining to the UN without the need for violence, instead, you can drive around in your polished uniform throwing sweets at children and winning hearts and minds.Whos the idiot? the guy who wrote this, or the one who goes a tries this xause he is bored? :D

PJs and CCTs I'd pay for maybe, but the rest I wouldn't since the community has already released addons of this stuff that exceed BIS caliberCan you point me in the direction of Rangers, that actually look like Rangers with the Ranger tabs? I would pay for a SOF Pack, aslong as it includes what was already stated..

I voted "No, unless their models are updated to reflect this" becuase I assume the OP does not mean just the Russian Equipment, I believe they also mean the T-72 which has equipment added to it to have TI

I tried this 4 times earlier and imho it needs some more work. The Chinook dropping us off didn't leave 3 out of the 4 times and most of the squad didn't move after getting out. When the chinook did leave it hovered away in the distance but could still be seen, can you make it go away a bit further so it looks like it's completly gone.What other mod are you using if any others, they work just fine for me (aside from the chinook that was my fault)

No point bringing in any of these features unless ur prepared to give other heli's and factions the features or similar features where applicable.Only then am i all for it
Let other helicopters in the game have tech features based on their real life capabilityNo shine, problem solved if that be the case! :D

Hell, if you want an uncommon enemy just throw in the Ukranian Army, I swear they must be planning something inside their borders, they are so quiet ;)

Why not make an Entire NATO pack, include some of the important hardware and *some*, not all countries like an extension to the Germans and Czechs, Azerbaijan (yes they are in Iraq/Afghanistan), and Dutch or Danish units....

they simply move right up to your exact position.I do not mind this, becuase one should never stay in one spot to long but if we can dumb down their suppresive fire, life would be like heaven!

I like All of them, especially the Matte finish, I know its an issue with the engine though were everything glows...

You do have to admit not only is it annoying but its also pretty humorous to see an Apache light up a dead pickup with insurgents around it :)

That's called setting up a straw man. Let's say for counter-argument's sake that there was only one achievement "Have no friendly fire accidents in 10 missions". Would that be so bad?No, but for counter-counter arguments sake, ahs there ever been a game that has an Acheivement like that? :)

i get 45fps avg with a 5670HD, Anthlon 250 @3.3GHz, and 4GB RAM (Stock clocks)

Unless you think that real world armies know nothing about teamwork it would appear that your opinion is at odds with the way things are: Real world militaries dole out loads of achievements. I think it's a sensible thing to debate WHAT the achievements should be, but that's different than debating THAT they should be.The guy who wrote the counter-argument to the 50m thing doesn't really understand achievements. You don't get one every round. It's just something you have to get around to doing once in your entire playing career.
They amount to objectives that encourage desirable behavior, but that doesn't mean it's behavior you have to implement EVERY mission. In fact it's commonplace for there to be achievements that could not possibly be earned at the same time
Achievements in a GAME do not bring about desirable behaviour especially not things like "Kill X amount of enemies" or "Destroy X Vehicles" that encourages idiots even more. All this would do is attract acheivement "whores".

My guess is that's it's there all the time when "Environment - Effects" module is onThis is true unless it is raining I believe, the Colours module also adds better color to the atmoshpere for rainy weather.

The campaign is not really worth it unless you plan on diving in to it on Expert, Multiplayer, custom made missions/addons, and the game built in mission editor is where the core of this game lies :)
