  1. Already have a SSD, and run my OS and Arma from this disc. Will SSD give fps boost though? I thought it was mostly loading that was reduced.
  2. Bought a new cooler, Corsair H55 as it was on sale, and spent a couple of extra moneys on a gtx 1070 :)
  3. Thank you, I will be getting the 6gb version, yes. 2500k is not oc'ed, should I get a better cooler for this?
  4. About to upgrade my GPU, going for either rx480 8gb or gtx 1060 6gb, any of these more suited than the other for Arma? Will I be able to use triple 1080p monitors at decent framerate with this setup? Only online, so 30+fps is decent. Cpu is 2500k.

    Authentic Gameplay Modification

Edit: Okay, I did a fresh install of AGM and now these files are back. I think I know what's been doing this from time to time, a Btsync that's been modifying the AGM-folder when I synced to play with a different group. Thanks for all the help, and keep up the good work! -- Okay, I thought having @AGM in launch parameters included everything? Will I have to launch with @agm_gforces, @agm_googles, @agm_inventory etc.? Or will every pbo under "@AGM/addons" be launched automatically? Under "@AGM/addons" I don't have agm_scopes, but rather agm_scopes.pbo.agm.bisign, not agm_goggles but agm_goggles.pbo.agm.bisign, mpt agm_gforces but agm_gforces.pbo.agm.bisign, well, you catch my drift (I think you might even know more about this stuff than I do :)) It seems those you have listed there, are the only ones I find that's "missing" the "agm_name.pbo".

    Authentic Gameplay Modification

Yesterday the SOS-scope (and others) was back to mildot, the glasses was working and got dirty, I could wipe them etc.. Today, zeroing in increments of 100m, no glasses.. I can't really remember what I did yesterday to get it working, think I was playing around in the editor just trying different units, and after that when joining the usual server it worked.. Tried going in the editor today as well, but no change. The self interaction menu is working, earplugs go in and out, medical system is okay.. Just glasses and scope (of what I've noticed) is vanilla..

Hi, dunno if this is the right place to ask, but I'll give it a shot.. It seems that sometimes when I equip SOS-scope I get the zeroing the vanilla arma way, in increments of 100m starting from 300.. Other times I get the AGM(?)-zeroing, not sure what its technical term is, but where you adjust for elevation and wind using a one decimal system. Same server, same mods.. Right now and the last few days it's been the vanilla way, I much prefer the AGM option.

    Multimonitor with one gpu possible?

Nevermind, edited the field of view in the config file, works now! Edit: What Leon said!

    Multimonitor with one gpu possible?

Hi again fellas, purchased a new 1920x1080 display, and a active mini displayport-adapter. Eyefinity works great in windows, resolution is 6208x1080. I launch arma, and set "interface resolution" to 6208x1080, and the game uses all three monitors, but my field of view isn't any wider than it would have been with only 1920x1080, it just stretches the image over the three monitors. Is there any other resolutions, besides this "interface resolution" that needs to be changed?

    Multimonitor with one gpu possible?

I went and bought a miniDP to VGA adapter already, and it's working fine. I can use eyefinity to stretch the image, but the resolution is so-so. 4800x900 I think was the best available, but that extends the middle screen out of its borders, so I need to use 3780xsomething instead. However, when trying to enable this in Arma2 (video settings, advanced, and then set resolution) I get bluescreen and message "atikmdag.sys PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA". Works fine with LFS at same resolution. Anyone experienced this before?

    Multimonitor with one gpu possible?

It supports Eyefinity it seems. Amd.com says: "The third (or greater) display must be connected to the graphics card via DisplayPort." I don't have DisplayPort on my card, only two mini-DisplayPort. Will this do if I get an adapter from mini-DisplayPort to vga and connect my third screen?
  14. Hi folks. Recently started playing Arma again, currently have a rig with two 24" full hd monitors. Playing Arma just uses one monitor, which doesn't really bother me since I don't want the "gap" between the two monitors just where the aim is. But I have my old 21" monitor, 1680x1050 resolution just laying around not being used. So I was wondering if it's possible to put that monitor in the middle and be able to play Arma over all thee monitors for a wider field of view? Some specs of current setup: hd6970, 2xdvi + 1 hdmi Two Acer 24", dvi i5 2500k 2x4gb 1333MHz ram Available one 21" monitor with only vga input. Is it possible to run this extra monitor with only my current gpu at reasonable resolution and fps, using an adapter from hdmi -> vga? If not, what is needed? And how would the resolution be across the monitor? Will the smallest monitor with only 1050 vertical pixels limit the larger ones and creating black lines at the top and bottom? Or is it possible to run different resolutions across monitors? If this is even possible at all!
