    Had nice random COOP playtime with todays update and all worked well, far far better than previous version. In Coop it's great fun. Have no prob with respawn, actualy I died a lot and was back in action fast. Fun Fun Fun. I have milsim stuff for SP :) Just got few AI dialogues without voice at missions 2 jungle temple.

    TBH i am happy with new coop campaing. I will not bash it for obvious bugs now as it was not even released in it's final form. From what i quickly played as COOP idea worked well and it was fun without boring running into hot zone. Just add AI squad mates to you as lead ONLY if you select play as singleplayer and remove then that JIP join for LAN players as it will be very unlikely when i selected play as singleplayer already and it will solve question what to do with AIs when other LAN player JIP in. so for me: MP is fine as is if bugs/hangs on transiting to new mission will be fixed for release SP just add 3 AI mates and disable LAN JIP if it's problem to replace AI with player and vice versa on the fly and I will be happy with SP as well.

    If it's not so late to fix it please consider giving another scope instead that NVS one in case mission is during daylight. It's impossible to use it on that missions and i found no way to change it to some more better suited ones.

    Concept looks co cool. Tried MP on mission 2 and worked well then got same black screen in mission 3 start after I should spawn into mission. All is nice and slick in design. I like it. Dunno if it's because dev version but AI team had some bad double comms, reverb or echoes or how to describe it. Be alone in SP play is strange. At least there is that other AI squad. in End Game I collected all and then I cant upload at FOB. That green thing on ground that probably is supposed to be uplink terminal just right bellow task marker had no action or whatever to initiate uplink so I was not able to finish mission. Are missions all unlocked in this dev preview? It's supposed to be unlocked one by one as you progress in final version?

    How to use EDEN mission in campaing?

    Just tested it and yeah it was binarization. Silly me i overlooked Binarize checkbox on save as dialog and in preferences. All fine now.
  9. Hello, I am working on guerilla dynamic campaing. After EDEN update, converted missions to new format and replaced old ones in campaing that is "loose" on disk in my Arma 3 install Arma 3\Campaigns\Freedom_Fighters\missions\ and now i can't start campaing and test. Every time i click campaing menu in game i get this crash: So how i am supposed to use EDEN created missons as campaing ones when campaing is as directory structure? It worked fine with 2D editor missons. I just copied mission sources to Arma 3\Campaigns\Freedom_Fighters\missions\ and all done. Please, can EDEN devs tell me how to do it now? I want campaing as folder structure till i finish it and compile into PBO or whatever is right way to distribute it.

    I do not binarize anyting, just hit Save in eden editor so its saved in its source format in your documents folder from where i copy misson into campaing folder structure in ARMA 3 folder. Seems mission.sqm is no longer plain text and is now binarized by eden editor. Thanks for idea Varanon but this seems not to be cause as I just do ordinary save and not exporting or binarizing something on my own. Really don't know how to proceed here. Only solution to me is to stick to old 2D editor. EDIT: You was right Varanon! Thanks for idea. Then I was able to search properly for problem. I am not on my AMRA 3 PC so i can't try it but i bet this is solution. Maybe it's more wise to set it to not binarize by default. found this: https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/188146-opening-missionsqm-as-text-file/ Missions are now binarized by default. Go to; Settings > Preferences > Binarize New Scenario Files Untick the option, then re-save the mission.

  13. ​Because hidden selections for number decals varies on this models. For Russians you need find it by trial and error, also I found in ARMA 2 converted version it differs as well. Yes I found this by trial and error and I don't know why it was set up like that, probably because it was just done like that, there is no real meaning.
  14. ​Commads set texture to model selection. In this case selections are three tactical number textures decals on tanks. So you can set your own desired tactical number on tank. nonumber.paa is my empty texture to remove number digit completely.

    Hi Haleks, Just discovered you released it. I know all your SP mods like 2018 that I still love and play and this project is awesome. I love how infected and survivors react on each other independently on player now. Something that was not possible in 2018. Juts small note, probably its cos its in early wip but with show script errors option activated in launcher (I have it on cos developing my own project as well) I got a lot of script errors.

    Just tried your edit QL and still same bug with dogs after save, although this time I don't see script error after load save game, dogs are freezed and stand still and do not attack after you load save game.
  18. Yup its fun fun fun if someone make this wonderful framework to play with in editor :) Thanks a lot. I will try reduce civs to some small numbers and also try blackout street lamps in red perimeter. It makes sense to me.
  19. Ahh its restriction of that Contest? so you cant use scripts from other ppl? Well you can handle get info from generated civs in their Hello handler. Yeah you are right, I will try tune down number of generated civs and make code so no civs are enerated during night time. At least I have something to play with :) I progressed in misson so I found weapon cache and got intel on Anti-Aircraft position. Need go back to base to resupply and plan another progress. Man, how I loved Manhattan and how I love this mission...
  20. Just dePBOed mission and quickly added Civilian Occupation System script (posted link before) and played a little, no issues so far and it populated towns very nicely. Looks like live world now. Used default settings except: blackListTowns = [] showTownLabel = false COScars=false;// Spawn Cars COSparked=false;// Spawn parked cars Just generate pedestrians as cars and parked cars will break your mission design. Some tweaking maybe required and Hello handler needs to be populated. Also maybe handler if you kill pedestrians your reputation go down with each kill. Definitely worth of try I think. Just thinking "aloud"... :)
  21. Nice update. Just nitpicking, rescued heli crew disappear from rescue heli few meters before landing touchdown at Olympus. Flashlight command causes all memebers to comply, even ones in waiting state at Olympus. Both not biggies and just looks odd. Finally found beds for rest :)
  22. Just played it. I loved ARMA 2 Razor campaign sandbox feel, especially Manhattan mission that you mentioned as inspiration. Very nice work I like it a lot. Some findings from my first play experience. Please can you make bodies disappear with little delay or if player go away a little from searched dead body? I want loot em and they imimediatly go six feet under. Kills immersion. Next is please make check if player is on foot when you trigger bodies was searched. Not makes sense when I pass em in my armored car and they are marked as searched. Last I don't know how to sleep in FOBs. Looking forward for next version very much! Thanks a lot for your work on this sandbox scenario. I love it as I loved Razor story in Arma 2. BTW custom Hunter Six patch (that cool skull logo from your screenshots) on team shoulders will be extremely cool, but maybe it cant be done from mission archive and needs addon with custom patch. I will bear with that and if I want custom patches to show up I have to download and install small addon for it or leave it as it is without custom patch.   23. Very easy, simple and fun script. Thanks for this. Here is my quick mission that I put together to train my QCB skills as I am always scared to death when I see enemy popup somewhere :). Just kill guerrilla opfor that coming from opposite side of arena. Used very cool Arsenal Viewer to setup equipment for VR guys ( you need omit uniform or you will lose their VR look and delete identity face and voice settings from export string). http://www.prekladytextu.eu/arma3/VR_Battle.zip
  24. Entered all my retail keys for ARMA 2, ARMA 2 OA, PMC, BAF, ACR and ARMA 2 Reinforcents into steam and all was accepted and added into my steam library as steam game. Then I spent two days to trying install it to be able to play 1.63 version. Without success. No matter if I followed guides, uninstalled retail versions and deleted all from disk and registry and run steam as admin (although I run my user as admin anyway) I always get same result. Arma 2 run ok, ARMA 2 OA throw some errors on startup and PMC/BAF DLCs I am unable to play. I am unable to play game now.
