    How to get a chopper to unload troops

    wow, searching the old posts is worth it. This is what im lookin for. Sennacherib's post helps. I begin to understand what is the Synchronize tab are for. But i have other questions which is somewhat relevant to this thread. So I successfully made the chopper load a group of infantry using the sync, i made the chopper to transport unloaded them near an enemy territory. Now I want the enemy squad to move once my infantry are unloaded. But I only want the enemy squad to follow the way point i set them once the chopper at least starts to unload the first soldier. I used the sync to do this, i made the enemy squad to a seek and destroy way point near my chopper transport unload waypoint. Then i used the sync tab to join them together. Now my problem is the enemy infantry still moves out to that seek and destroy without even waiting for at least the chopper to appear. It seemsl ike the enemy squad follows the waypoint normally. In another words the sync is not working.
  4. Il check this mod out, and i hope there are still people playing it as coop. Is there a dedicated server for this mod? or must we contact each other to create some kind of LAN/hamachi?

    I Am In. We just need ts3 or vent. I used to be in a group doing the same thing for OFP. We got like DMA anims and SLX effects for immersion. But alot of my friends switched to Arma2 =(

    do you happen to know how to change the units to a new model such as the ffur units or ww4 2.1? i unpbo the mission itself but im really lost on which one of the scripts i have to open and edit the units that should be respawning as my group

    Dynamic Coop for WW4 modpack 1

    i have not played the mission but i do have an experience playing Dynamic Afghanistan by Honcho. I have a question about this campaign. Does it have save function in single player so even if you die you can re load just like in DA? Does it have AI insertion/extraction? Can i use SLX with it or can i transfer ww4 units into SLX or FFUR mod and the campaign would still be ok? Reason with this is i wanna fully use the FFUr or SLX effects such as the improved AI,sound,effects.

    hi, im just wondering how do i make this compatible with SLX? I do -mod=@ww4mod21;@SLX but it crashes after 5-10 min of gameplay. Im using Vista 32 home btw.
  13. Well i want to be able to switch from pilot to gunner view vice versa. is there an addon or script that can do this for OFP? I have the addon of Ah-64 that when you press V you switch to a gunners zoom view, the problem is that i cant move the guns, i had to move the whole chopper just to aim. Another problem is "why cant i just be the gunner", is that the AI pilot are ..dumb. I want the Ai pilot to fly a certain height, 500 and more of an altitude. I use the flyInHeight Ini but the AI pilotfly haywire once they reached about 200 altitude. So im asking if there is a switch view script,addon or a way to make the AI pilot fly any height without going haywire.

    it looks i am gonna need high end computer to play this mod considering that it looks like you edited the wold map and put lots of grasses and trees. Wait, are you using the original world map or you made your own map? But yeah, good job in combining the best mods of OFP to one, it makes the 10 year old game looks new

    Switching between Pilot to co gunner?

    the problem of AI in being the gunner is they cant hit a moving target, they can lead the crosshair but when they shoot the bullet either fell to short or lead too much so they miss it. Anyway can you help me one more, So i fly my apache behind a hill with trees overlooking the road, in editor i put enemy convoy to pass that road. Yes im trying to reenact an apache ambush, the problem is when i switch to gunner, the AI pilot automatically report the enemies presence and start to move towards the target. I just want the Ai pilot to remain on the spot i flew the chopper on.

But its ok for now =)

    WWII MP Released!

    This is a nice mod. It is cool to see OFP still alive and have dedicated fans still playing. I have question though, i always liked the FFUR effects of cloudlets. It creates a lot of smoke from guns and bullet hitting the ground, even though it is not that accurately realistic, it creates an impressive atmosphere. Can you make it so that the bullet hitting grounds creates that kind of effect? (one thing that still annoys me as like other ww2 mod is the AI shoots dead eye accurate while a real player have hard time compensating the aim,i wish there is a way to lessen the AI accuracy for single player pleasure) Also do we have a multiplayer server yet? It would be nice to play this in coop. You never know it can attract a lot of people and we can have one of those big organized games like the old days.

    FFUR'85 (2008 edition)

    hi,i have a question, ffur 2008 have grasses? when i play ffur 2008 i only see new effects,animation, and unit skins but the terrain is no different, its still the old texture,no grass and old trees. If there is grasses then how do you add it? i use ffur 2008 with slx but like i said no grasses
