I've been dying to have an F-15SE in the game everscince it was announced, I think it fits perfectly with the Armaverse and would look very nicely fighting along John Spartan and Saul's F-18X. Very curious to see how this is going to turn out, good luck!

What has really been bothering me lately is how unaccurate and unreliable the laser guide artillery shells seem to be. I mean, more often then not they fall hundreds of meters off target, even when the target is stationary and constantly being lazed. I don't know what its like in multiplayer because I hardly play any, but in SP it just the worst. I think its just really buggy as the artillery doesn't even call out shots some times, I never get a splash or an estimated time on target. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong but unfortionately BI didn't provide any information about the artillery in the field manual or any tutorials so I wouldn't know what I'm doing wrong. In any case I think they should fix it, I've also seen some artillery mods out there but I believe those are primarily for use in multiplayer. Does anyone here have a reliable method of getting laser guided shells on target? It would be appreciated.

This is just my opinion. But I think the Silent Eagle is much cooler than the F-35, so I hope you'll continue your project. I'm currently getting familiar with Cinema 4D in school, but I'm still a newbie. And it will take a while before I could work on models of your caliber, I'm horrible in coding aswell. However, I would like to start modding Arma in the near future. -
I use a seperate mod folder for all my mods and Arma 3 Sync to launch them all. Could I create a userconfig folder in that seperate mod folder myself or do I have to put it in the excisting userconfig folder in Steam/Steamapps/common/Arma3?

Could be debated wether that's an issue. OS might have nerved in order not to impact preformance to much. -

Having said that I do believe there could be some assists implemented in the future to help you find, target and eliminate your targets. I remember LDL's Arma 2 Ac-130 script giving you the posibility's click on the map the centre of the AC-130's cycle. Also the ability to define the cycle radius and altittude. I think that would also be a step in the right direction for this mod. -

Hey John and Saul, Here to report some error messages, probably caused after the last update. No entry 'bin\config.bin/RscInGameUI/Rsc_FA18X_UnitInfo.CA_Stabilize'. And this one, it seems to be conflicting with FullerPJ's USAF mod: No entry 'bin/config.bin/CfgWeapons/js_w_fa18x_master_arms_safe.sounds'. That is all :) -

Oh ok, the more you know ;) [EDIT] I absolutely love the USAF mod but it also unfortionately seems to be the source of a lot of errors in my game, a lot of which seems to do with sound which is kind of weird. I'll do some more testing and see if I can discover any more, I'll post them soon. I never really know what to think of those error messages though. Because most of the time I don't really notice anything eventhough the game tells me there's an error. Its either something so incifnificant its unnoticeable, or its telling me that something could go wrong instead of it actually being wrong. I don't know, but they are annoying though. -

I do really appreciate that you guys keep updating the mod, but I'm still getting tons of error messages and a weird bug where the camera moves away when you're in the gunner seat when you try to zoom in. No entry 'bin\config/CfgWeapons/Lasterdesignator_mounted.sounds'. No entry 'bin\config.bin/RscInGameUI/Rsc_Kimi_AC130_UI.CA_Stabilize'. I also did some testing. The following errors prevent me from switching to any other gunners seat from the pilot seat besides the TV operator, and they seem to only appear when I run Perals A10C mod. No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgVehicles/USAF_AC130U/Turrets/MainTurret.primaryObserver'. No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgVehicles/USAF_AC130U/Turrets/MainTurret.missleBeg'. Some other remarks: The laser for the TV operators seat doesn't seem to be ligned up correctly, its a bit far off the crosshairs if you ask me. And beware for JSRS Dragonfyre users. The sound currently used for the L60 Bofors canon is the same as the sound used for the Howitzer on the AC-130, which in term is the same sound used for the main canons on battle tanks. However being the the L60 is an auto canon the time in between shots isn't long enough for the sound loop to end. Thus the sound starts to stack and creates a really loud echo after when the canon is fired repeatetly. That is all. Let me say again that I really do appreciate you guys sticking around to improve and update the mod. I'm just trying to help. -
LJ You should probably know how many game companies go bankrupt, get bought out or simply disappear nowadays. The gaming industry as it is today is just very unstable and unpredictible, I know because I myself have applied for several internships and jobs. Now I'm studying Game Art in collage partially because people like you made me believe that one individual can make a big diffrence for a big crowd. My advice would be to just keep doing what you love, and what you do best, and prehaps try to set up a little freelance operation for yourself. Just always try to look forward and never look too far back. BIS have survived for this long because the uphold a very intricate business model that not many people fit in. I'm sure they didn't reject your work, there just probably wasn't any space or time. BIS rejects hundreds of applications every year. So just keep working and keep trying, because I know you have talent. Hell perhaps one day BI will come knocking on your door.

Wow cool! This will be a nice addition to the 2035 Armaverse. Contrary to most people, I actually really like the semi-futuristic setting. I love the clash between modern technology and good old fashioned gunpowder firepower :D

Yeah the update fixed it somehow. I wasn't actually aware that you were updating the mod incrementily, I was waiting for an complete update of the mod, so mine was a little outdated :P. As for the C5. I think its cool to have a big cargo plane in the game, a really massive one that can transport tanks and what not. But if you are contemplating cutting it from the pack in order to improve the overall quality I'd say yes, leave it be for now. -

Yup you're right. Strange, maybe its because of the latest patch. I assumed it was AGM because it started happening after I installed AGM but that was also directly after the latest update. I can't for the life of me figure out which other mod it could be. All I have besides AGM are vehicle addons, Dragonfyre and Phoenix and RHS Escalation. It isn't RHS though I already checked that one. Perhaps its in preperation for the upcoming marksman DLC, but I'm not running the dev branch so I don't understand why BI would remove all the scopes from sniper rifles. [EDIT] Nermind In found the problem. For some reason its the USAF mod that removes the scopes, very strange. No need to panic folks! Its been identified :) -

I've found an issue with the agm mod. Because it removes all scopes from rifles by default some user made missions and challangers have become unplayable as they don't provide any scope attachments in weapon crates. Could this be fixed? I don't see the reason why scopes should be removed in the first place. Thanks in advance and keep up the good work!
