  1. server is finished its job.

    mod have upoaded to [LOL]clans public MP server.

    works fine, we have dozens of missions for ww4.

    yesterday 24 friends played together on it.

    was really fun!

    thank you for Zulu this help again. and Sanctuary for great job.


  2. yes i know nicke we played together on it :)

    i just curious author fixed textures or not.

    with ur fixes very playable, but i seen couple of units whats pretty laggy.

    made couple of missions and esp. the No Train To Leningrad mission still

    CTD in randomly in first 2-10 min.

    i made some changes on it and now i can finish it in setcaptive without lag and crash.


  3. well, the testing period has ended on Zulus (WIN) server and we uploaded ww4 to LOL clans server.

    unfortunately the libyan addonpack(called @Xtra on test server) not compatible with that or somehow not working on Linux :(

    we need a little time to finish debug.

    until u can try alone, its not so hard for SP too.

    ill send u PM when ready to play again.


  4. one K-TTT clanmember (Razor, or Rutar dont remember soz) played with us today on LOL clans ww4 server

    we played that mission JB (One day on Freya) and

    i noticed this budova4e.p3d popped up as error

    next to this players name.

    well, we can play with the game without problem no bk to lobby or crash.

    ONLY one player was this problem.

    i think is more than a hap. has some connection between K-TTT member and the problem on K-TTT server.


  5. Somebody (Bronze Eagle?) asked about DMA campaign couple of months ago.

    So here it is, pimped with WW4mod.

    Storyline Part1:

    You have no time to loose. M. Gaddafi (M. Kadhafi) must die!! You have only handguns and need rifles to fight! Your team are starting close to market in oase Awoari. Ambush arriving officers at mosque in praytime. Kill 'em all and grab rifles from their car. Use their cars to move forward and seize the weaponry for more guns.

    Storyline Part2:

    After a successful fight for weapons, we need break into prison and free opposition politician - our leader - Dr. Mahmoud Al-Azija.

    Mahmoud is in high-security prison next to Tripoli. An empty truck waiting for us to escape with him and reach the safehouse. Theres a roadblock ahead. Must clear it too.

  6. Sanctuary,

    A couple of small bugs to report.

    Since we play in vet mode it dosen't matter, but in cadet mode where tags are visible the Medic tag says Rifleman.

    It's probably one of those odd muliplayer things but a couple of times I've run out of ammo and the round/magazine counter says 0. I look at my gear in the briefing book and it shows I have plenty of magazines. I dropped my gun and picked it back up again and it was OK then.

    i seen some weapons has 2 types of magazines in briefing.

    JAM and the default. i think thats why another addonpack using paralell with ww4mod.


  7. we just tried the first episode with 4 players, looks very good.

    weapons are fine selected.

    as we seen after first look the best way to start with the roadblock and AA pos. after, theres a good position to support the radioordered armors who attack town.

    maybe a longer intro will be good to explain the main situation of campaign (if u make it be sure it has option to turn on/off).

    I quickly looked at your config.cpp and indeed, it is NOT the ww4mod25 config.cpp

    - that config does not have the eventhandlers allowing the explosion fire effect

    - it does not have the modified cloudlet sections

    and probably more.

    its shocked me :eek:

    can u believe me im not downloaded any different config inserted to ww4 modfolder and coming here to laugh on me for this. im not dumb to do that.

    no idea why its happened, is it possible any other config file overwrote this one?

    well np :) dl-ing again and replace whole modfolder.

    thanks for help again.

    EDIT: i reinstalled mod, the config file really different same date, but different size. im sure not me modified or changed it (why can i do that?).

    but what about others who has same problem? ill try to keep investigate this weird thing :)


  9. i just tried ur test mission Zulu.

    same. no boom or big fire.

    i have no other mod ECP, Zekmod or any other loaded in.

    only lol addons and after ww4mod.

    lol addons hasnt got config file only addons in one folder named addons ;).

    no clue why i cant see the effect and i know im not the only one.

    yesterday 4 players said no effect visible.

    and i not remember ever seen this effect in ww4mod MP or even in SP since released.

  10. Try to play offline with only :

    -mod=@ww4mod25

    And tells me if you see the WW4 (works for me in SP, and worked for people that i played with during development) explosion and fire effects.

    strange...

    just tried, same no effect. only ww4mod nothing more, no ECP, no any addonpacks.

    @Zulu: yes vehicles what u sent... i forgot to replace too :j:


  11. I don't know what you are talking about, because every vehicles have custom explosion and fire script already in WW4 2.5 (they can be disabled by adding a WW4 game logic)

    Are you using a custom main config that could be missing the required eventhandlers entry ?

    now on MP server and even in SP when we hit an APC no blow up sound, only smoking a bit.

    as i know all with players happen same

    we have no custom main config as far as i know.
