Arma 2 is mostly a infantry simulator, and it would be a trivial feature at best.

nothing official, but definately scriptable. But IMHO i dont think it should go as far as to join the player squad.

Now dont get me wrong here, disableai "TARGET" just makes them not move away and engage, they should stay where they are and still fire on the targets.(Ive done it tons of times in the editor for myself). But setting their behaviour to "Engage at will" will make them break formation and pursue the enemy, dont do that. Use unit forcespeed 0 if you need them to stand still. -

DI is BI's evil twin. They are causing massive FPS drops in large cities. It is happening all around the world it seems. -

AI skill - Difficulty setting and slider in editor

It says in the steam manual for the game that the editor follows the user set difficulty setting(options-difficulty), the slider on the units in the editor have no documented effect. -

One from me: The ability to exclude a stance for AI when in combat/stealth mode. Like if i wanted the AI in combat mode, but not to go prone while bounding. For example:

try: if you leave it empty like this, the object becomes transparent: If this works it is possible, if it doesnt work. You would have to do it as an addon. Some objects can use setobjecttexture, some dont.

Well, for me the outro usually bugs out when i have made a intro. To be clear: When i have made the intro, mission and the outro. And when i preview the outro in the editor, it plays the intro :S -

That doesnt work in arma 2, you are better off with fraps. -
