  1. Ah damn, right... I forgot to check in the changes to the baseconfigs.
  2. What's the problem? Yeah, I guess I have written all others without the space, so for consistency alone it should be changed.

Any of you using the CUP Dev branch?
  4. I'll change it, thanks. I was under the impression that the C moniker was officially adopted, but then, it's the internet, and official documents are much more.. official 🙂
  5. Hm, I thought that was fixed already... I'll check. Edit: You are right. Tank had the right ammo but the wrong coax gun.
  6. There is a good chance for a remake of the T-72 at that level, yes. T-90, I don't know yet.
  7. yeah I forgot to check in model.cfg *facepalm*
  8. I'll look into the bottom two. As for animating the coax, there is simply not enough bones left. The RV Engine has a limit of (I think, since it would be an 8 bit number) 256 bones per model. The Abrams, as it is now, has 248. I already had to drop a couple of animations (for example, the CS/AMM M2 doesn't animate at all) in order to get it into the limit. Animating a belt feed usually takes a lot of bones. I even had to remove the Tank inheritence from model.cfg since it added some default animations were the bone limit was breached... So there is little chance this will get fixed, sadly.
  9. Yeah, they are all made from the same master model. I have added functionality to the toolbox were you can export different configuration of the model from the same source. Means you only have to correct a mistake once, but also means that you do duplicate mistakes to all variants 🙂
  10. Argh, probably missing the main_turret selection. Thanks for the heads-up, dunno why I didn't notice it 😐
  11. Thanks! Not quite sure what you mean by that. WTF, you're right... it only appears when you play it in game, placing it in the editor works fine... That's... weird.... Thanks for the heads-up, I'll fix those ASAP.
  12. The bug tracker is on dev.cup-arma3.org. Website works for me.
  13. Don't let free stuff stop you from quitting the game.
  14. Hello. I keep having a weird problem that is driving me slightly insane. The following happens: After a while of playing (see below), the screen goes dark. Not completely dark, but it looks like a black semi-transparent polygon is rendered across the screen, but behind the UI (meaning, squad display, menus, everything non-3D still looks normal). Map screen looks fine, as well as the menu; it's only the 3D view. The darkening effect varies between occurrence. Sometimes it goes pitch black, sometimes it's just like there's a cloud in front of the sun, or you wear sunglasses. Depending on the darkening, switching on NVG's might work. Also, these seems to be thin lines at x=0 and y=0 (i.e. the left and top screen pixel rows). It seems like there is a full-screen filtered transparent black rectangle drawn as an overlay with x=0.5 and y=0.5, so that the borders lighten up slightly. What's also weird is that there is no scheme behind it. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all for hours, sometimes it happens after only a few minutes. It *seems* be connected with Multiplayer, because I do not remember having seen it during single player, but it does not matter whether I host or play as a client. I am quite positive it isn't a problem of overheating or a broken graphics card, since it only happens in ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead (not in ArmA 2), and it isn't specific to a version since I have been getting it since a good while already. I do use addons, but they vary, although there are some that I have always loaded, but I cannot say whether it depends on addons since the problem only happens so sporadic. My system info My Arma2oa.cfg: Does anybody know that problem? And by chance has a solution too? I've looked over the forums but I haven't found anything; it's difficult to search for it though since it's hard to attach keywords to it. ~~ Alwarren
  15. IIRC both of these have Sullen Skies built in, but that shouldn't affect other maps ...
  16. Are you running any other mod besides CUP? If so, please remove them and try again with only CUP loaded.
  17. As far as I can see, your problem is that you did not select the rig but rather the weapon model. If you look at the color of the outlines, the weapon model is brighter, and the Arma 3 Object Properties panel shown there is that of a mesh. Make sure you have the rig itself selected, i.e. just click on any bone so that the outline is bright orange.
  18. There is none, really. The old one is hopelessly outdated, and I don't get the time to write a new one. You must have an armature selected, and it must be marked as an Arma object. I use Maczer's rig, but I don't really do much in terms of animations, mostly weapon hands/Reloads and cargo poses.
  19. This works for me. Check the System Console if you have any error messages. Also, if in doubt try to download the source directly from github, it's newer than the released version. The panel should pop up no matter what, but you need to have o2script.exe from the tools package currently to get meaningful output.
  20. You are using the wrong package. Check the first post for the real Arma Toolbox, you are using a package to import Crashday (a racing game) files.
  21. That's one sweet looking map O.o I didn't get around to a new release. I recently had the same issue, putting deployment gear on to the bustle rack of my Abrams model. I ended up arranging the stuff in Blender then using "Join as Proxy", that works reasonably well since I fixed that function to correctly take rotation into account. I have a Paypal at friedenhq@friedenhq.org Any donation is very much appreciated 🙂
  22. There is no functionality for that, and it would be a bit hard to implement since some proxies are binarized. I have a change lined up to an existing function "Join as Proxy" which currently disregards the joined object's rotation. I'll see that I make a new release ASAP, there are a huge number of improvements that are as of yet unreleased.
