    Favourite Infantry class

I love being a regular rifleman. But I must say it's so much fun raping tanks with a SMAW.

How Satisfied with Arma2 Are you??

I keep crashing every time I save the game in the campaign, but not in the scenarios. I wish I was better at the mission editor, I could make my own fun missions if it wasn't such a hard tool. Oh well... Other than that, it's quite fun to play. The AI could use some tweaking though, so it's as good as Brothers in Arms for example.

    Tactics beat Technology

I never said the U.S. Army did anything in Iraq or Afghanistan :p Besides, I'm talking about technology vs training. Stalin once said, "Quantity has a quality of it's own". Which is only somewhat true, which is proven in the Gulf War. If you want to get into why the US, UK, Aussies and Western Europe are better I would gladly like to talk about that. I have no problem with being proven wrong, I like to learn. But I want facts!

Red Dawn: Endgame Arma 2 Trailer

That was simply amazing. I couldn't believe what I saw. Are you sure you aren't some Hollywood movie maker or something? Seriously, amazing!

How come they didn't add SeaKnight?

They should have added the CH46 Sea Knight and the CH53 Super Stallion. Both are used more than the UH1Y AFAIK. There were 525+ CH46s built and the USMC use them most of the time. Only 112 or so CH53 Super Stallions were built or are in service. Both of those should be in there instead of the Blackhawk and UH1Y.

    Tactics beat Technology

Maybe because America has proven itself to be friggin amazing at war. Russia...well...sorta failed a lot.

    Tactics beat Technology

What's wrong is that the US military is like 10x better then any military that would use T90s or T72s. Training always beats technology, and America, the UK, and Australia and most of Europe have much better tanks and training than countries like Russia, lets not even mention Asia... But I love the stuff you can do in this game. Aren't all the vehicles/weapons balanced anyway? The M1A2 Tusk is the T90 with different skin right? Read this: Great technical convos going on there I learned so much. A lot of the posts are just idiots but check out the long posts. Amazing knowledge you get there!
  8. U.S. Army? Marines for the win! I'm only at FOB Manhattan in Harvest Red, hopefully there will be mission as a regular USMC infantry man, I hate SF.

    Razor Two

K well guys I had a question. See the thing is, in the first mission I didn't save the guy hostage, he was accidently killed by an enemy grenade, so no mass grave. Also I skipped Razor 2 (shift and - then type endmission) and it said I didn't capture Borak. Things seems to be going downhill, and now in Manhattan I revieled the weapons cache, but I feel like a jerk because the priest needs them. I'm just acting as I would as a real Marine, I go by the book. But can the campaign change? I'm thinking maybe I should start over and be better with the civilians to help them more and maybe get a better rep. Does anybody know all the possible outcomes? And what I should do?

    Razor Two

Yes :o Oh and I wrote that up very quick while I was in the mission, so sorry for it being so crappy and it sounded like a 12 year old's post  But I generally don't read through 80-90 posts. I'm checking but it's annoying scrolling down and looking for a large piece of text and having to keep hitting "Show Spoiler". [edit] Oh and where are the dog tags in the quarry? I looked everywhere, then even assigned a guy to get them. So he stops over this body (there's only 3 guys in the quarry, I killed em all with one M203 round :D) and I go there and try to pick it up but it's not there!
  11. Hello guys, this is my first time on these forums. I didn't use the search feature to look for this question though, sorry I doubt it's been asked before. In the Razor 2 campaign mission, where you need to run around and find information concerning Lopotev, I can't figure out how to use the UAV and Star Force 21 (UH1Y huey helicopter). When I got into the helicopter, I don't know what to do to make it move to where I want it. Also I don't know how to make the UAV go where I want it, and cicle a certain area only. Can anybody help me with these questions? Thanks in advance. Oh and if you have any tips or something for the mission I don't care. I just want to complete the campaign, and hopefully there's some standard USMC infantry missions in the campaign. Thanks again!

    Razor Two

I can't find him anywhere! The first time I went to Dressler, then to Marny, then to Olegich, then to the electric factory and searched it. After searching it I proceeded to the closest camp and I found a USMC Force Recon team there and they had cleared the camp. Then I was too low on time anyway so I restarted. The second time I took the HMMWV M2 .50 again (like the first time) and went to Dressler and the intelligence guys. After raping the crap out of the Chedaki with Olegich (It litterally only lasted 60 seconds tops, good old "Ma Deuce") and then went with Star Force 21 to the castle near the village Vys-whatever. After I found some info in the castle and questioned a local (Makel or whatever) I went to the northern most camp, nobody was there then star force 21 got shot down leaving (we had no resistance going in) so I restarted right before we landed to clear the camp and went to the 2nd camp in the middle. But nobody was there. I searched every camp and NOTHING!

    Razor 2 mission question

Search for them on these forums or you mean in the controls list?

    Razor 2 mission question

Thanks! Oh, well I figured I was the only idiot who didn't know this game. Sorry, I'll do a better search then just looking at the first page. Awesome! Just what I needed, thanks a lot! I tried it once, it followed a certain route but it sucked, I didn't see the point in the UAV. Sure you see stuff, but you can't ask people information or anything!
