I was considering purchasing this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227217 Would it be playable on that? I know Id have to upgrade the graphics card to play it to ita full potential but how would it be on that? I dont really have too much money to spend

I am new to all of this. What I have right now is not able to Run ARMAII so i want to put together a new system. I was wondering. Is it better to have a quadcore processor with a slower speed (2.30Ghz) or a dualcore with 3.10 Ghz? thanks in advance
