  1. Are arma 2 vehicle sound effects broken? I only hear idle noises for all vehicles except the dirtbike and tusk. This means someone could drive right up on you and you'll never hear them coming!
  2. Anyway to tone down the AI difficulty? Even on "recruit" mode they can pinpoint snipe you from pretty far away. Playing this with 10 people might be alright but I'm trying to run with just a buddy and its not very fun. I can see it being a lot more fun if the AI were less accurate / took slightly longer to acquire you as a target.
  3. Someone said you can get IVD 2.0 working in Arma 2 by installing the Community Base Addons? I have installed both these mods but I do not see the view distance in my scroll menu when playing...
  4. 1) When steering a vehicle with the controller (default config), pushing the stick forward works, backwards works, left works and right works. But using the directions in between such as "North West" to go forward and turn left at the same time do not work. This makes turning at low speeds impossible. The only way to turn is to get up to speed first by going straight, then turn and then go back forward again so you dont loose too much speed. Is there anyway to fix this? 2) When using the secondary stick to look around in the cockpit instead of the D-PAD the sensitivity is FAR too high. Slightly pushing the stick will make the view jerk to its maximum position (looking over your shoulder). I have set the sensitivity for these axis' in ARMA 2 all the way down. In the config file they read "0.1" at this point. I have tried manually typing in numbers such as "0.01" but anything lower than 0.1 causes an error that makes the stick extremely over sensitive. Being able to use the controller for flying and vehicles is a great improvement over the keyboard and mouse, these minor issues need to be ironed out to make the experience more enjoyable.
