Completely unplayable, want my money back, desperatly need patches!

It has got something up its sleeves, and unfortunately they are not aces.

Where is supposed to be a tecnical support ?

My Machine:

Windows Vista 64

Intel Q9650 Quad Core 3.0

Sapphire 4870 toxic 1GB

8 GB ddr2 1066 OCZ reaper

MB Asus Rampage Formula

Installed latest video Drivers

Installed all the patches for the game.

As i touch the graphic settings, all the skins go away so i can only see the models without any skin.

I don't know how to resolve, please help.
