I don't know what the problem is, but I just can't hit anything... I switch to thermal, zoom in and it starts to seek. I wait for the lock and fire away... except the missile always goes up the skies and never comes back, I can only hit anything with direct/ground, direct and top attack modes don't work :( EDIT: I seem to be using a newer version of ACE from the one on your video, maybe they broke it again.

Realistic mount and dismount animations, units actually using doors and climbing in MUCH improved AI Dynamic damage modeling for vehicles Dynamically destructible buildings Realistic weapon systems, disposable AT launchers for example (at last) Better terrain, like real mountains that you can't just drive over with any vehicle in a matter of seconds.

You can still use the vector, just make sure you have the right batteries. Then, as you use the thing, you must press R once to turn the power on, then click MB1 to measure distance to target. Also, remember that you can't get the range instantly on a new target, so if you want to measure the distance to another target, you have to press R again to turn the power off, then aim at the new target and switch it back on, then MB1 to get the laser and you'll get the distance to your new target. It's a bit slower in it's function now but it's still good. Plus you can now use the regular laser designator as a rangefinder as well.
