    Commanding Problem

    What's more, I also find that the scale of my AI teammates seems to be too small when I prewive the Warefare in editing mode. They are thrifty and they will never build choppers or fixed wing plane, but only some infantries and some light Armor vehicles. Mostly I have to depend on myself if I wanna to destroy enemy's base.

    By dialogs? Actually, I also don't know how to write dialogs in sqf. I've tryed several ways like write /dostop this; this flyinheight 300; Ah64 unableAI "Move"; this dotarget T90; this dofire T90; ect/ but all in vain. I still can't stop chopper joining the dogfight. I feel annoyed that Ai never follow my order when they are driving chopper......

    Install ArmA2 origional version and OA together can you use both A-10 and F35 in OA.

    Especially the choppers controled by AI. They always fly into the dangerous areas and join in the battle regardless MBT's machinegun as well as AA-Pod. Just because they don't know that they should fire at the safe distance so that caused so many casualties. I know that in reality, attacking choppers tend to eliminate enemy MBTs 3kms afar one by one, rather than joining the close distance fight like gameplay. So whatever how thick the armor on choppers is or what specific damage can MBT create. The behaviour of AI choppers in game should be the main reason I think.

    Does OPFOR AI's avoid taking cover in villages?

    No, i didn't find that phenomena. I only know that official AI will not hind themselves in houses unless you use GL4 or SLX.
  12. I just want to know whether the boundary in ArmA2 is a circle or an invisiable wall. I once unpacked the sky model and found that its a hemisphere. But I've neither reached the top of the sky nor the end of the world in gameplay. So I just want to know what will happen if you reach the boundary and what is the largest altitude? Will the game crash or some bugs appear?

    Patches will never stop until the game become perfect.

    it will. You can trace it back to OFP. AI will be effected by your fire supress, not their accuracy but their behaviour. Ai will find cover or move away when you shoot back.

    You can just unpack the official mission pack and copy the mission into your "My document\ArmA2\missions", you can see clearly where the target you want in the mission editor!
