  1. I used to be in the Army back in the 90s. (yeah I'm old ) I went to NTC (National Training Center) 3 times, I loved it. I was OPFOR mechanised Infantry (Krasnovian Army) Here are some shots, sorry, I had no digital camera back then, only a 35mm disposable.

  2. I was equally disappointed by the arcadey implementation of the 'shoot from the hip' style of grenade launcher aiming in ArmA2.

Actually you don't shoot the M203 from the shoulder in real life but by putting the buttock tight under your armpit, otherwise your shoulder will be blue and purple after a couple of rounds. I know I had it, I was a grenadier for 6yrs. I used the quadrant sight, which was I've found much more accurate to aim with. I wouldn't go anywhere without it, if I'd be a grenadier.

Quadrant Sight Assembly. The quadrant sight assembly, which attaches to the left side of the rifle’s carrying handle, enables the grenadier to adjust for elevation and windage. This assembly consists of the sight, mounting screw, sight latch, rear sight aperture, sight aperture arm, front sight post, and sight post arm.

  3. Well, it's my first post, but I played OFP endlessly for years, so I can give you a hand how to get these planes handle better by using keyboard and mouse. I'm sure many got turned off by the controls for the jets especially but I can give you a few ideas what to do. It has to do with deleting the default key bindings and adjusting the sensibility of the x/y axis on the mouse.

As right now, I do not have the info which one and how, but I'll be back shortly to explain what to do , to have these planes choppers to handle a lot better. By the way some of the tips I got, also helps to have a better control with a joystick, if you prefer that.
