He just hosted a 2-player private campaign server, I joined it, it was working fine (It was First to Fight) until I got out of the helicopter and ran close to the objective point - then the loading screen kept popped up, over and over, and wouldn't go away. Please help? :_(

I've got a problem playing Campaign in COOP with my friend, this hasn't happened in other places - While I'm in a mission, the loading screen pops up over and over, disallowing me to see the situation in-game; this hasn't happened in First to Fight, only the one after that. This happened to me when both of us hosted - no matter who hosted, I couldn't see the game, just the loading screen, over and over.
