Got it working guys.. Works great! Thanks for the great addon! I point it to the exe in the SteamApps/common/AramAII folder and put the @mod folders in the same place.

Do you point it to the steam exe?.. or the arma one? Also, where do you put the add ons? Where the steam exe is or the arma exe?

Anyone had success using the Steam version with mods?

I select the steam.exe then in the additional parameters field I put: -applaunch 33900. I can use it to launch the steam game... but I don't think it's loading the add ons. At least I haven't done it successfully.
