HOW TO USE CHEAT ENGINE:

In game,select "buy".you'll see how much money you have .

this number of money is with a dot.

for example: $500.336.

If it does not have a dot(such as $500), then wait for a while.

press esc to pause the game.swicth to cheatengine.

you should search 500.336

scan type:exact value

value type:float

check :hyperscan

check:rounded(default)

"S" money is also some number with dot.

And the number after dot is the same as "$"

If "$" is 500.336, maybe "S" is 600.336

so you first know .336 from 500.336 of "buy" interface,then know 600 from "construction" interface .

So you should search 600.336 to edit "s" money.

I recommend you search "s" money first.

if you change "$" to 77777, you will not see dot any longer, and you can't search "s" money exactly.

If you get too many result, buy something to change value or wait for a while.

Now I'm in Manhatten mission.The commander told me the doctor and that woman was killed somewhere. How can I save them?

I mean in a campaign.

Now I'm playing the god damned Manhatten mission. I found it a waste of time and stupid to destroy trees in a APC. So I want to shoot Maddox and get the chopper Or get a mi-24 which is at an airstrip. But I just can't get in it.

Is there any cheats to let me be able to drive every vehicle ?
