That might well be, but we had to create in-house sound effects of course. Knokploeg is indeed a great soundpack, btw. Not that I know of. Of course you need to have a suitable (low!) view distance on most maps. Cheers, D. -

Calm down guys. If Vilas no longer wants his models to be used in A3, that's his right and his business. As his his opinion on the contest. He shared like a million things with the community already. btw: contrary to common opinion constantly repeated here, third party work IS allowed for contest entrants. Just not Vilas' anymore, or that of any other author without their permission. -
I'd love that too :) But I'm positive that the team will come up with something enjoyable, whatever the scenario might be. Happy modding & cheers, D.

@Dwarden: You didn't read carefully: I can not use -nologs, because then I can not debug. I can not debug with the logs either after the latest patches because they are full of undefined variables spam from BI scripts. Also I am well aware that this does not break anything. It just makes it harder to find real bugs in the rpt. -

What keeps me from using the recent beta patches is the .rpt spam caused by BIS scripts (undefined variables). I can't simply turn the logs off when I am creating content. As a result of this I can not test stuff with the newest patches. And I can not use untested content. That's why I advise our community NOT to use the latest patches, so we can play in a tested environment. Which results in our server not running the latest patches. -> Our players or course don't use those patches either. -

Thanks guys! Sorry, the few Portuguese gamers I know were too shy to record some samples. Which is a shame, as I have this really nice ambient voice module from HIP, but no samples to fill it with life :( So, if anyone is speaking Portuguese and wants to help: You are more than welcome! I have been asked for the layout of the map. Here it is: This is still subject to changes, however. Thanks, but no. There are other mods that cover/will cover the bush war (like BWC mod or ARMSCor). If I expand this, it will be into the Congo 1960-1974. I have no plans for a seperate map release, although I might port the map only to ArmA 3. Thanks Gnat :) Cheers, Dimitri -

I'm sure you are aware of this anyway, but just in case: The effective armor value is not just the 'Armor' entry in the config alone, it's just a part of the formula. So, for example, having an armor value of 60 for all the transport helis only makes sense if they are roughly of the same size. Great updates, keep it coming! Cheers, D. -
