    So I will try to explain what is going on as best I can...

    We uploaded a custom map to a newly purchased dedicated server and when we connected to the server there was the list of maps available for play. However, only the stock maps seem to work.

    Now we know that the map works, because we can host it on our own computers or on a temp dedicated set up by a friend. But it does not work on the new dedicated server, as soon as you click the map to go forward, it goes back to the mission select screen.

    Does anyone know the source of the issue, or have any idea on where to start?

    Nevermind, a friend figured it out. It was a FTP uploading error somehow, or something. But maybe this might help some other people.

    We just tried it with two human controlled commanders, 1 red, 1 blue. Neither of us could deploy it. I'm thinking its gotta be bugged but strange how no one has mentioned this before.

    However, once we did let the AI commander deploy it, we were able to pack it up and had the option to re-deploy it.

    I should mention this was all done on our dedicated server.

    We just tried again but this time I hosted on my machine. I was able to deploy but the other guy as commander for his team didn't have the option. Something very wrong here.

    I agree, we had the same problem on our server.

    Im posting this thread to encourage people to stop playing evo and Dom. Evo and dom are a cancer to the arma community. Remember the number of ppl who played ofp. I can remember a community almost 3x as big.

    There was no evo or dom in ofp. GOOD coops (black op halo, POW, BAS missions)

    CTF- DEADZONE, Dropzone. (ok i was in AWOL so im biased)

    DM- SUNSET TEQUILA!!!

    CTI - Battlefield 1985 and river battle!!

    C&H - starting to see these on arma....hope the numbers grow!

    I am partial to DB's maps too, hey Funko!:cool:

    [AWOL]DeathBringer is still around... but stuck on WoW.:rolleyes:
