hey great mod, but i have a question, "# Call for airborne assaults with the transport chopper landing or dropping the troops in parachute." is it possible to change the chopper with a hercules for dropping parachut troops? greetings -

@ daniel ok i see no earplug option, what do i have to edit in config i can´t see any line that deals with an earplug option...??? may you have the right line for me? ; ) greetings -

found a bug: earplugs don´t work everyone who fires bigger guns got a big tinnitus and loose audition even with earplugs...:confused: -
@ray243 i work around with some different ied charges to test it, the caiman can withstand nearby the triple charge amount then the maxx pro ref: 9kg standard arma satchel one satchel at (not under) the maxxpro and it´s gone i use an mk82 for an ied doorside: the max pro is everytime done, the caiman has no injuries inside... one second after detonation the maxxpro got the same damage (70% health) like caiman but then it explodes...hmmm i love the models but the armorsystem... i hope there will be an ace2 implementation soon for this great addons :bounce3:

really nice beta 1.4... ...but please no smoke trails on rpg´s its simply "unreal" and the smokeless powder mixture is not at least for tactical reasons, cause if it isn´t smokeless the first is your last rocket ; )

first, since a.c.e. 2 arma2 is a new game...great but my question, is it possible to add the new armor system to differnt vehicles that are not yet in ace like mraps or other tanks... ??? ...with a script or config file??? i would love to see all armored vehicles with the new armor system, it´s great... -
great to have finally mraps in arma2 really nice, only i thought the armor is little to weak: one satchel 2m left from maxxpro and it´s wrecked... im not familaire with explosions damage system in arma2 so no idea how to calculate that but satchel is 9kg c4 and for e.g.The Cougar-H can survive the detonation of a 30-pound TNT charge under the front and rear axels and a 15-pound charge under the center of the chassis. http://tech.military.com/equipment/view/142058/cougar-h-mrap-vehicle.html so i think its little to low armored ...can´t wait for rg-33 and next beta´s nice work...

body armor simulation would be great... since 2006 all IBA-vests and similar for nato are using "Enhanced SAPI: 4,9 kg plates" which are above level IV. that means there are testes with minimum or more than 3 rounds of m2ap but thats classified api more details: http://www.m-v-s.de/pdf/Schutzklassen_SWI121107E.pdf -

hi, i try everything but can´t get AI heal AI with wounding system working.. even if i´m the player AI wont heal me (i give them any necessary morphine etc.) only player can heal with new wounding system... is that feature not yet implemented? or is it a bug? ... a really great mod 1.05 patch mod only "ACE Beta2" -

great great great... will there be more actually used us-vehicles? like: M2A3/M3A3 ERA MaxxPro MPV Cougar HE 6x6 do i see a new ballistik penetration system??? -
thanks to the modder we get step by step the best combat "ground an around" simulation by far; i really like the slx-idea explicit the group link part gives a wide range of realistic feeling... but there ist one problem so that i deactivate the slx-grouplink part: sometimes for e.g my transport helicopter to the hot zone, receives tactical informations from there, that forces him to aboard the airborne landing operation completly, so that the chopper stops in the air with all men on board an nothing more happens... is it possible to give the AI an overide command like "risk it" even with the possibility of total loss... that would be great...cause in reality sometimes you can´t wait for green smoke
