  1. i think its 36...its the 1 besides the su25 that has too seats

    Ok i was playing a mission i made where u were the gunner of 1 and it was just a secops mission ad the pilot flew you around to shoot things.

    i want to know if this is supposed to happen or if its a bug but...there was no sound after startup of plane, i heard missles or weapons when i fired but i could not hear the plane.

    Is this intented?


  2. @zilla this is more of the roles being switch where im the helicopter and the infantry call me.

    @callaway, im making it where they have to destroy a couple of buildings like a radio tower. I need it to once they destroy everything, a message pops up saying something like "This is Alpha, requesting extract at LZ Bravo" and they all move or have moved to the waypoint i have set. I then fly there and pick them up, fly back to base and game ends.


  3. i have a mission where you are an osprey pilot and you take 2 squads to a town and they unload and go to destroy certain targets. I want to make it that whenever those targets are destroyed that a message (sideChat "message") pops up and all the BluFor i dropped off move to a certain waypoint (the Landing Zone) What do i need to do in trigger(s) or init.sqf to make this work?


  4. im new to editing and i have a question about init.sqf

    do i just make it by hiting new->text document in my mission folder? or do i need to actually make an sqf file somehow?

    Sorry this might be a really easy answer but im new to making missions and i want to add more complex things to them.

    i made an init.sqf file for one mission and then made briefing.sqf file and did what it said in the other thread about it but it didnt work.


  5. i made a singleplayer mission where a bunch of marines are defending an airport from russians, while a smaller group is taking over the village where they are coming from.

    I want to make it where a trigger sets off each time one is seized by Blufor

    I have 2 triggers, one for each location, but is there a way to synchronize them where when both have been triggered, the mission ends? Or does anyone have a suggestion for a way to do this. Im pretty new at making missions so some extremely complicated things might be a bit hard for me.


  6. for some reason the game just randomly drops from a steady 20-25fps to 0.

    It happens in both singleplayer and multiplayer.

    i have updated drivers for my graphics card also, im pretty sure something like this happened to me in arma1 but when i disabled postprocess effects it worked.

    When i tried that in arma 2 it didnt change. Anyone know whats wrong?
