ArmA 2 (Cant finish installing)

[ArmA 2 (Cant finish installing)]

this may seem simple but can you tell me how to copy the dvd to the hard drive. I did try it but I am not sure if I did it correctly. Still had no joy trying to load the game from the hard drive if I did it correctly!!

[installation problem]

When I try to load the game on my PC I get the error message

File copy error(CRC does not match)

then it gives a file path

C:\ProgramFiles\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA-2\AddOns\air2.pbo

The last file can be different. On the installation screen the 'instal bar' shows up to 6 blocks or 13 before it stops. I cannot get the game to load on my PC. (Windows XP, Pentium D 2.8Ghz 3gb ram)

I then decided to try and load it on my daughters laptop (Windows Vista) and it loaded!!!! The graphics on the laptop couldn't handle the game but it still refuses to load onto my PC Help!!!!
