Can anyone get the farsi text from this so we can translate it? Anyone? I found only programs that decode Latin text from images. I don't suppose there's someone here that can read Arabic.

Those are old. Some of them (or all?) are on billboards on Chernarus. They're just easter eggs and the people on them are BIS devs (well, the Sahrani one probably isn't BI dev ;)).

Those are just the letters you can see here.

You play as Peter Novak in Zipper's Operation Cobalt. :D And it's really frequent name in Czech Republic, so that's why it could be familiar.

Wow, didn't see this coming. I remember playing Liberation in OFP. I hope that it will be as moddable as Arma and that they'll improve the engine too. And Hopefully it won't be just a "paid mod". It also reminds me of "With Fire & Sword" that uses Mount & Blade engine but was created by another company.

I don't think that the fact that something is planning for VBS means much for Arma 2. Plus AFAIK they already had contract with UK.
