AFAIK nobody made a mod like this for Arma 3, so I thought I'd share my own creation. This mod will make all (I hope) rifles, carbines and machineguns fire nothing but tracer rounds. Note that I have left out vehicle ammo, sniper rifles, and pistols. Added some mags I missed Might have forgotten some but whatever :P This may not be realistic but it is a lot of fun! Not tested in MP. Not really tested in SP either, just enjoyed.     Yes it should work, from what I understand you as an author of a scenario in Arma 3 workshop can set my mod as a dependency, which will make the Arma 3 launcher download my mod when people install your mission.

    I got it to work, thanks :D But like you said, many bugs and many things are missing. Im just gonna play with Chernarus and Utes for a while, they seem to work pretty good. Our awesome community will probably do a "proper" port of A2 stuff soon enough :)

    If Molon Lave/labe means come and get it, and the monument at Stratis has those words, and the ARG seem to focus on the monument. Then, maybe "Come and get it" or "Come and take" is the message to the community! Like Come to Stratis, come to the monument. And take "it", which could be the Alpha or whatever. Maybe on a USB drive ^^ Or we should "come and take" something else somewhere. Maybe past the terminal with the login, still just speculation though...

Somebody from the community went the and found it.

    BIS are probably laughing at us right now -.- In the last ARG, when ArmA 3 was first revealed, somebody went to the real location of a house outside Kraznostav which had some significance in the A2 story. And there was a clue hidden. I say somebody has to go to the monument and look, anybody up for a holiday? ^^ You might even find Miller!

    I don't know if this helps or has been mentioned earlier but I tried to login with my BI account and the terminal (at m26.node-42.rv4a3.org) seems to recognize email adresses, and automatically makes them clickable and blue, like links on wikipedia :confused: But I didn't get in though :(

    This island is really awesome! Nice work! :D But I have one question; in one of the Beta trailers you see a military base with units that seem to be custom made. Are these in the works or have I missed them? Is it an already released addon?

    MBG Window of opportunity

    The Utes mission doesn't work in ArmA 2 standalone, even with the OA flagpoles and the market stalls (which I didn't see when I tested it with CO) changed to A2 stuff. I never get the "Init done" message and I never get the "Commander Screen" action. This is a little sad as all my friends have only A2. Could you mayby have one mission that work with A2 standalone? This mod is so awesome and i've waited for something like this :D

  20. Hey there, I have ArmA 2 installed in 2 different locations. One for singelplayer which is modded to breaking point, and one "clean" for multiplayer. Now the question is: How do I patch the "clean" ArmA, which I didn't install traditionaly, but just copied the files from the disc. The patcher automatically locates the modded singelplayer ArmA, which I installed traditionaly and before the "clean" version. I dont't know what to do :confused: And I've tried serching. Thanks in advance :)

    I've tried but I can't figure it out, I'm not really used to Regedit :o I've only found a Bohemia Interactive Studios folder in: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bohemia Interactive Studio\ArmA 2 There only was 2 things, A (Standard) file, which contains nothing, and "Player name" file which contains my profile name. Please explain a little more what I'm supposed to do :) I also tried searching google but came up empty...

  24. You know when you pause the game it gets blurred, and when you continue this blur dissapears? When I play the campaign the blur STAYS after I've pressed "continue" and are back in the game, no matter what I do! Saving and restarting doesn't even help. Is there some way to disable this "menu blur" without having to disable HDR and motionblur? ---------- Post added at 01:52 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:25 PM ---------- Nevermind, I found a solution! In the ui.pbo I found a script named "uiPostEffectBlur.sqf". In there I just changed everything to false and 0, and repacked it. And it worked! No more blur!
