Can't complete insurgent main base

Uhmm I destroyed the BMP with the rpg and now I'm luring the whole ChDKZ infantry out of the woods into the open field where my team is waiting in a nearby ambush position. The T-72 seems to be unmanned and does not move (yet). As of now I have played the mission for four hours. -
How do i get a AI character to get ammo? (Badlands)

Strange - when they say "out of ammo" and you command them to reload at the dump, they do reload. I am not sure if the AI does rearm its whole equipment or just one clip for the main weapon though. -

Can you give your team commands? Then you might try the "special" action command which default key is "5" and then select the specific unit while pointing at a ammunitions dump. -

I have too agree, this works pretty well while approaching the enemy. The settings "Aware" and "Stay Crouched" in combination works good aswell, because your teammates will change to "Danger" automatically when they encounter the enemy. -

Seems like to be obvious. At least it happend to me the other day also. But loading another savepoint helped me. -
Hello everybody, I have just a quick question. I was wondering if it is possible to use the tripod of weapons like the machinegun. If yes, I would also like to know how to make use of it. Thank you in advance. :)

To chaplainDMK: You did not understand what I meant. By learning the game I meant getting used to its mechanics and take note of its current state. Just like you said, games cannot overcome your visceral movements yet.

Maybe you can put them in somekind of guard behaviour or patroling a specific area? I can als imaging a horde of sheeps moving along the countryside with a shephard and his dog companion at different times of the day. :) -

Switch to the character/teammate you want to rearm and do it yourself. Works like a charm. But to be fair, I have not found any other way yet. :) -
Alright, so it was my fault to call them tripods, since they are probably only used on mgs which are fixed on the ground, like in a bunker. Anyway, is it possible to deploy the bipod of a sniper weapon, a pkm or m249 mg in the field to increase their stability?

You are right, I meant those which can be carried around in the field. Like those which can be fixed on a m249.

Just to be clear, I would not mind to have a stance indicator on the upper right just like the indicator which pops up when you reload your weapon.

I am not sure either, sometimes I just have luck and hit the target by aiming and estimating its relative distance to my position and my relative high on the terrain towards the target. But the real technique surely needs some training I guess. There are white and red markers on the ironsight of the m4, those are probably measured in meters while the red marker tells you that the grenade will not go off at this distance because it will be too close to you. -
Well, you cannot take Malek into custody because all you know is, that he is the stubborn farmer Malek and not Bardak or whoever. Play nice with Malek and he might give you some informations. ;)

I have to agree with you. Because the missions in this game seem to be heavily scripted and bound to a dynamic A.I. it is at times just not predictable, what may happen, is happening, or what did happen within a mission. :) -
Hey, I've seen them flying through the air akimbo style and in slowmo! :popup: No seriously, before the BIS devs put their attention to such nonessential details, they should concentrate on the main problems of the game.

Of course this is all subjective speaking, but I believe the game should be running fine with your new graphic card. A bit of tweaking should do the trick for the best performace and image quality. I am just a bit concered about your OS, because some people seem to have problems running the game with Vista. But in that case, you can still make a second boot partition with WinXP and DirectX9 for example.

You will eventually learn in what stance your character is. You will notice it for example by the speed you are running. But as long as you are not sure, just hit "X" or "C" and you might notice a significant change of the stance or not. Always be ready before going into the fight. ;)

Some goals cannot be achieved with some entities. There are aswell side challenges which appear within a main challenge which cannot be completed. All the challenge seem also to appear randomly, no matter what entity you have chosen.
