Received a game freeze and crash after installing 1.03 patch. Was playing on map file: co30_Domination_1_00A2T10_West_AI (__CUR_MP) Never had any problems when playing same map on v1.02:( Was at least an hour into the game before the crash happened. Here is info: http://www.filedropper.com/arma2_1

Nevermind, the game installs OK after uploading files... Still can not find it in the server list, example of what the executable line would look like with the -server switch on please? Thanks!

Help! lol Is anyone here running ARMA:2 DEMO 1.02 a Win2003 Dedi server (web edition)? Specs please? I was just told this by our GSP; Fact or fiction? Having a hell of a time, bout ready to throw in the towel. Thanks all! OK, here's the latest I've found out. The game WILL run on 2003 web edition it just wont install on web edition. Can we run a dedicated server from the DEMO as it does not contain a Arma_server.exe?

Thanks JMAN! I'm close and the server is up but don't have the server, user or profile cfgs set up quite right. Part of my problem is the parameter line in Firedaemon, I'm trying to avoid using the ARMA2.exe shortcut on the desktop. It didn't launch correctly from the desktop icon but did with the way I set it up following the instructions in this thread. But I could get it to launch via Firedaeomon when the ARMA2.exe is located in C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ARMA2\My Server Biggest request I have is to see which .cfgs and .log files are required and in which folders and what the paths are to those folders. Here's what my friend said is going on with my server; @Jammy, my friend looked for our server by going to the Multiplayer section and clicking on "Remote" from there you can enter the IP of your server to search for it. Side note, we also had to update our server to the latest directx version.

Hi all, Is there a way to tell if a server is running if can't find it in the server list? Have it installed on a dedicated windows2003 server using firedaemon, seems to start ok and console is showing but nothing can be found in list? Suggestions?
