Works great with Addon Sync 2009.Fucking awesome mod! :D
Maybe you can fix the Sound of the "bigger" MGs (M60, M249, Pk etc)?
The Sound of them just comes out of my front boxes.
It doesnt matter If I stand infront or with the back to them.
Would be great If you can fix it for the 5.1 Users :)!
how do you make it work whit that. ????

Ringheim: That seems very much like a security software issue. Please check http://dev-heaven.net/issues/show/6803
Sometimes disabling software is not enough. Many softwares out there keep filtering, regardless.
Please use the tracker for further tracking and solving your issue.
Well if the only solution to this problem is that I have to uninstall my security ( and it is only this program that has difficulty whit my security ) every time I have to make an update then this is not a mod for me... It can not be right that I have to do this on a dayli base do to the fact that the mod i updatet every day.
And why is the program starting over and over again... like I dayd. it is startet over 1000 times in my task maneger and it frees my system....
Is it realy that hard to have a patch to be down loaded manualy like the beta patch.
I have done every thing there is exept uninstalling my security software, and that is NOT a sulotion. I can disable it or turn it off. BUT I WILL NOT UNINSTALL IT.
I know that I am not the only one whit this issue, so why not having a seperatet patch to down loade.

Ever since this release ARMA2_Build_59210 I keep getting the "receving" in the middel of the scren. No matter what i do it keep comming.
the version I have postet is OK, but all the version after that is crap. Why do I sudently get that "Receving" ???? there must be something in the patch that does it.
Cant anyone help me whit this.....
I cant fly or engage a tank or anything due to the fact that my game stops for 3-5 sec every 2-4 min when this "receving" screen comes up. And it only appers if i use a beta patch after the one I have postet in the top.
You can se my sys spec in my sig.
I dont hope that the new patch will do this to my game because then I cant play it.
Any solution. ????

this is gonna be a dumb example. but could you give me an example of this section...._myBattery, _targetPos, _heTemplate] what do i actually put in there. and thanks for all this. very much.
Well it lookes something like this.
This is for a A arty module called Arty
it fires 30 HE shell in a radius of 300 from the place where it was triggert
I lett the shell be spawn because it gives a better FPS. ( I do have a real arty Bat, sync to the arty module ) You can just copy paste this part.
I f you want WP instead of HE you just change that.
If you want less than 30 shells you just change that.
If you want the name of the module to be something eles, you just change that.
if (isServer) then {[Arty, true] call BIS_ARTY_F_SetShellSpawn; [Arty, 300] call BIS_ARTY_F_SetDispersion; [Arty, getPOSASL (thisList select 0), [""IMMEDIATE"", ""HE"", 0, 30]] call BIS_ARTY_F_ExecuteTemplateMission;} -
Use this one. put this in the on act in the trigger. then first you set up a real arty battery, of 3 D-30 in a groupe. Then you set the group leader to sync whit the arty module. name the arty module _myBattery or what you want.
the trigger is eg setup to be trigger by bluefor
then just fill in the missing thing in the code below.
If (isServer) then {[_myBattery, true] call BIS_ARTY_F_SetShellSpawn;[_myBattery, 100] call BIS_ARTY_F_SetDispersion;[_myBattery, _targetPos, _heTemplate] call BIS_ARTY_F_ExecuteTemplateMission;}If you cant find out of it. Ill post the wright way in a couple of days when i get back to my pc.
you can set it up whit morters aswell and you can fire off ALL sort of amunition.

Hey hey. I Dont know any thing on how to make this, and i have ask for it along time ago. ( wantet to have the camera of the drone to be displayd on a big tv screen )
Anyway. When you fly or drive you can have the GPS shown at all time. does it have to show the map. ???? cant it show a gun cam from the airplane insted ??? I know it is not integreatet in the plane but that will be the next step if it can be done like that.
The GPS must basicly be a render-to-texture or "picture in picture" since we have the gps whit the moving map inside. ???? but i dont know, I am just guesing here.
-
never mind. I have sort out the solution.
-
Hey everyone.
I have a quick one if someone could help me out.
If I use this in the act line of the trigger will it works on a MP server whit out any problems. and is it correct setup. ??
If (isServer) then {[_myBattery, _targetPos, _heTemplate] call BIS_ARTY_F_ExecuteTemplateMission;[_myBattery, true] call BIS_ARTY_F_SetShellSpawn;[_myBattery, 300] call BIS_ARTY_F_SetDispersion;}or shal it look like this to get the dispersion to work and to make sure that the server aint using some CPU on the shell projectory. ??
If (isServer) then {[_myBattery, true] call BIS_ARTY_F_SetShellSpawn;[_myBattery, 300] call BIS_ARTY_F_SetDispersion;[_myBattery, _targetPos, _heTemplate] call BIS_ARTY_F_ExecuteTemplateMission;}I know i have to alter the name, target and what sort of firemission it has to be. I just want to know wich of the 2 I must use.
thx for the help guys.
-
No I have every thing setup as in the other mission... the only thing that is diffrent is the nummer of triggers... in the one that works is the trikker item 12 in the mission file, and in the one that dont works it is nummer 26.. i have tryed to delete some trigger so it comes down to 22. But stil no luck... I realy dont know why that is.
-
Is there no one who knows. ????
