He probably decided to turn up his view distance more then he normally would to view the eye pleasing textures from a distance. I know I did.Haha, also guilty :D

Put it in an external script and call it with

Did you look under the ACE US Air Force faction? The A10 was moved out of the BIS US faction.

No point, M39 was just a placeholder weapon for the USMC. They're moving to the M110.
