  3. So I'm looking to make a dialogue/conversation (not quite sure how to describe it). The problem is all the searching I did came up with interactive things such as asking an AI a question and receiving an answer using FSMs etc. But that's not what I'm looking for. I just want to do a simple chat on the side like with sideChat, except it's not sideChat. For example in the BIS missions they have stuff like this: I have no problem making conversations with sideChat, except I don't want it to appear blue and in caps. Is there something simple that I'm missing to make this happen?

Hello, I'm trying to make an overview.html file for one of my missions but I'm having some trouble getting the picture to show up. <html> <head> <title>Crash and Grab</title> </head> <body bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <p align="center"><img src="pic.jpg" width="256" height="256"></p> <p>US special forces extract a downed pilot from an enemy camp.</p> </body> </html> In my missions folder there is an image called "pic" which is a jpeg file. I'm using EMSI's Arma 2 Edit program to make the overview and the text will show up fine however arma 2 cannot find the image. I've tried pic, pic.jpg, pic.jpeg etc but it says it can't find the image. How do I get the image to show up? I've followed the guide in the biki but I'm stuck. :( ***Ah sorry ignore this, I got it to show up***

    Hmm, interesting. I'll have to examine it when I get the chance. Have you tried it without ASR AI by any chance? Not sure if it might conflict.

    Hey, thanks for the report. It's been awhile since I've played thru it with everything up to date, but does he join your team at all? I know sometimes the AI glitch out without a weapon, so if you can try to get him one, or mess around with his combat mode/stance. It's possible something may have broken and I'll have to fix it.

    Nice, glad to hear it. Intense vid as well :cool: With the pilot, AI can often get stuck when crouched so generally telling him to stand and regroup should get him moving.

    Those files should be fine to use, I believe it was either sysAI or FindCover that caused that problem.

    Certain components of ZeusAI override the stop commands on the pilot and can make him run around. The recommended Zeus setup with ACE can be found @ http://dev-heaven.net/projects/anm-missions/files and shouldn't cause that issue. Never seen the sound error before, could be JSRS or WarFX related perhaps? Not sure. Thanks for the feedback, keep it coming :)
