Voice through headset, and headset recommendation

[Voice through headset, and headset recommendation]

All,

Is there a way to have the voice chat in the game come over a headset and the sound on speakers? Also, if so what headset/mic combo would you recommend? Ideally something like a phone headset...low profile.

[Any way to command to eject or jump out or helicopter?]

I would love to be able to tell my troops to jump in the campaign.

In my case the read/write access was there, but the server is a Win7 RC machine and there must be some issues accessing the My Docs folder from Arma. I'm not sure why, and I can't see any issue, but anyway, you can fix this by adding this tag to the shortcut which will redefine the save location to a local drive.

Every time I exit the game I seem to loose my configuration settings. My Documents folder is hosted on a separate server, but the computer has full read/write access. Any thoughts?
