I am impressed!
Can you please share with us what you have done to make the appearance look more "organic" and natural?
Maybe it will help a lot of terrain creators to also make their terrains to have a more natural look from the air.

My English isnt good enough to explain it all but its just simple. What u need is Photoshop and the *.paa Plugin to open the Images. Then Test a bit the different Filters by pickup a Colorrange. For Example, make Green more smooth and after that use a Noisefilter to give them a bit more Face.

I (alias zyco) made a Texturemod for Chernarus called LandTex v0.6 .
Changes
=======
1. It makes the Landscape textures more organic
2. Coast lines have now more sandy beaches
3. It sets the correct land texture for islands that have only the seafloor texture
