Nvidia's 3D vision works in game with the latest drivers. Since there currently is no profile for ARMA 2, you must adjust the settings in order to make the most of the hardware. This includes convergence, which will not work unless you click the advanced in-game settings under the keyboard shortcuts form located in the Nvidia control panel. Adjust the debth and convergence until the two parallel lines in an AH1 canopy overhead show as single rather than double vision. The debth is more a matter of choice. You will notice your gun and weapon's site should appear correctly in game after you have completed this. Once you have the right profile, save it using Ctrl+F7. You're stuck with the way the cloulds will appear as long as you maintain some 3D affect, however, if you are editing your mission, you can change the weather to clear conditions for current and forecast mission time.

The mission is from a template that is located in the mission.pbo. You would have to extract or "unpbo" the mission.pbo file in order to get the secops template. Simply renaming the extention to one of the islands would allow you to customize the mission any way you please as in the mission wizard.
