  1. How do you define reversed? Like speaking backwards or the sound on the left is on the right and vice versa?

    Correct, my right side goes to the left and the left to the right.

    If ACRE is doing it too, it sounds like a driver issue. TS should be separate.

    May or not be relevant, but I had a similar problem with a Corsair HS1 USB headset. It would randomly swap L/R channels in-game, seemed to happen mostly when playing with TeamSpeak on. Turned out to be a driver conflict between the HS1 and a Behringer analog-USB input I had in. Had to disable the Behringer driver while playing to fix the problem. Maybe give it a shot with your other audio devices disabled in device manager (or unplugged)?

    Ah okey, I can try to disable my soundmax card since I aint using it at all. Strangely enough its just Arma that is affected, but I will try! Thanks for the tips :)

    My fix lately been to disconnect the usb and plug it in again, but then I have to restart ARMA since it wont reload my sound ofcourse. Then maybe it will work. Its kind of a lottery.

  2. Hi!

    I got a major problem. Its bugging me far to long now and its now on my edge to never play Arma again.

    95% of the time the game gives me reverse audio. It doesn't mather if I use a USB sound card or using my normal sound card. Other games works fine but as soon as Arma start, reverse audio.

    It's driving me nuts and destroy the game play! I use the latest stable version and it actually been better with ACRE but now even ACRE goes reversed.

    Any ideas?

  3. Try doing this.

    First patch to 1.02,

    then in the video settnings, change the 3d resoultion down, max use it 100% (same resolution that you have on your monitor).

    If it works fine after that perfect, but lets do it better.

    Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<User>}My Documents\ArmA 2\

    Open Arma.cfg in notepad.

    Then you should find FSAA=0;

    Try to change it to FSAA=4;

    It will look great afterwards and the game just flies! I run everything on VERY HIGH except shadows that made all the humvees turn blue, kind of a funny bug ;)

    EDIT: I have a Quad Core Q6600 so you might notice diffrence but should still run smooth.

  4. Unfortunately all of a sudden my drive has stopped reading discs also, which I only learned after inserting the Arma 2 disc in the drive... I guess it was just bad luck, was working a few days back. I extracted the contents of the disc using my laptop and moved the setup files, but I'm now stuck at the same point as Ketamine, I can't play the game because my drive won't read the disc.

    This have happend to me once also on a Securom 7 protected game, I hade to remove Securom 7 from my PC.

    I don't know if Im a allowed to post a link how to remove it, but i searched on google "how to remove securom 7" and then check a link from Guru3D.

    Sorry BIStudios, Im not trying to hurt you or something, just trying to help the guy get his DVD-Rom working again.
