    First id like to know is there a thread or article any were where BI have discussed the problems with the game and what they are doing about it.

    The reason i bring this up is mainly because,apart from suffering multiple problems that a hell of a lot of people are upgrading bits changing software and screwing with there settings that have been fine up to now in the belief that its there computer at fault.

    Now I'm not putting BI down as i can see a awesome game there its just if they know of performance problems that is a fault on there end etc,id like to read about it rather than listening to hear say etc.

    Ive had this before in the past with other games where u screw with your setup for weeks to find it was not at the users end.

    If there is such a thread or article that has BI commenting id be grateful if someone would point the way.

    Hmmm

    Well i must admit I'm still not sure on what to think,i have bad performance issues and cant work out the graphic options as some settings seem to do totally illogical things.

    The artificial stupity can really get on my tits when I'm in a mission and my fellow squadie runs in to fire or just stands there or my medic wont heal me or anyone else.

    But every now and then when things run nice i think wow this rocks.

    So i guess the jury's out would be nice to find out if BI are working on another patch and maybe hear from the horses mouth what there plan is for the future of the game.

    Having bought arma a few months ago i was well chuffed arma 2 was on its way and got it on the day of issue.

    However since loading it up and patching it i seem to spend more time playing with the graphics controls and reading these forums to make it work properly.

    I freely admit that I'm no computer expert and when people go on about turning the hobgoblin spanner five degrees to port etc it kinda leaves me cold.

    Now i find myself going back to arma1 rather than arma2.

    I think my system is good enough to run it.

    Intel®core(tm2)duo cpu e4500 cpu 2.20 ghz

    4 gig ram

    vista 32

    Ge-force 8800 gts

    Or maybe not.

    My questions are basically.

    Is there a problem with the game that BI are aware of and working on another patch.

    Do i need to upgrade my system.

    Or is it that im a retard and should buy a x-box.

    I feel your pain Sera,

    Ive tried to get involved in the mp games,they have either been hacked or had a high percentage of pond life ruining it.

    In fact i can honesty say that so far after about 20 or so games that ive never survived a helecopter ride in to battle ,its either crashed or been shot down by my own side lol.

    Maybe ill have to try to find a uk squad or something trouble being is that i run my own buissness and cant commit 100 percent.

    Well i tried mp for the first time tonight and it was to say the least hell.

    A lot of people team killing while waiting for choppers etc,destroying stuff they could not use,a waste of human skin the lot of them.

    I hope it was a few odd servers that i was unlucky enough to pick and not all of them like it.

    Trying to learn the mp side of it whith these trouser trombonists is like trying

    to learn to swim in a poool full of petrol with people flicking matches at you.
