    I have same problem and I am getting same fps (20-30) as you even when I have alot shittier computer. Vista 32bit AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3Ghz 4 gig RAM GF 8800 GTS old version

    I pass optimal PC requirements and I get around 20-30 fps even on low settings and it sucks -.-

    Why so late in europe when it is already released in stores? I really would like to buy it from steam because it is fastest way for me but I hate that I have to wait for 1 week.
