  1. The movie had good FX but story nearly made me puke.....

    Maybe they could do it over again but this time film from another perspective than US (as it always tends to be)

    C'mon!! I want some drunken swedes fighting the slugs with JAS gripen (for example) :D

On a side note,my AIs stop working after their 1st death,they react quite a few minutes after being revived/aided but i wasnt able to move/order them anymore 2minutes after that - and they just stayed there proned declining every order i gave em - worked well all the time before and still is with the non-shot ones i had in use

    And the vehicle service stations (US) do serve my vehicles but sadly not the enemy vehicles (which is a bummer when placed in a enemy supply place)

    Yeah, the revive version (0.49b) seems a tad bugged and I'll do an update when it's fixed.

    Good note about the service station. I'll make a mental note of that also for possible update.

    Its really a hard nut to crack,but i m blaming the "playing alone" stuff for that,having 2-3 players i imagine its even more fun to play

    Yeah, we've only managed to play through it once and there were 6 of us playing then.

    PM me if you want a version for yourself where revive is changed so that it does not end when all players unsconscious.

    That is easily changed.


  3. great stuff,tried it twice and didnt came further than 1000m to the bus location before i got lit up

    Sadly,when playing alone the AI wont go for reviving you,therefor i had 2 quick deaths ...

    Even playing only a short percentage of this i´m sure this is a mission i will need to sink my teeth in alot more often till i complete it - which is ace,to easy missions are for justin biever fans :cool:

    Yeah, I noticed the AI revivers are bloody lazy sometimes.

    (There are some bugs in revive which hopefully get sorted by norrin.... I'll update the mission then)

    The bus has 4 different locations it can be in (all in that village).

    Playing alone one could have AI spearhead with M2-humvee and secure the road ahead maybe. One tactic could be trying to take out the AT-checkpoint and use D-30 to pound the HQ and then go get the keys and so on...

    However, prepare for additional nastyness after that.

    They had 2 top ten hits: "Pissing the Red River" and "Shot in the face and bleeding some".

    Well, anyway... the guys are in trouble and need a hand:

    Story/background:

    A Czech metal band called Bohemian Carnivores were asked to play a consert in Rasman to show good will amongst locals and the UN peacekeepers.

    Unfortunately local imams from the militia took as a personal insult having that kind of western satanism upon their holy land.

    As a result their tour bus was confiscated and the band alongside their manager found themselves facing a firing squad....

    A czech special forces team has been enjoying a little time off in the UN base in Garmsar when the news break out.

    The band has been eliminated and revenge must follow.

  5. Is this your entire code? Since it's not making sense for me as written by you or rewritten by me. :)

    Well, your rewrite seems to be doing the trick I was after!

    It's still giving the message "re-enabling satellite" but now I don't get piled up "Sat View" actions when someone revives a unit.

    I'll test it on dedicated to be sure but I hope this is it.

    I know you don't understand why it's so but it's a bit complicated since I re-run it through the revive script.

    I removed the "_hasIt" stuff.....

  8. Hi huys.

    The problem:

    Is there a way to detect in a script if player already has certain action added?

    The issue comes up when I reassign satellite view via norrins revive script.

    It works of course but if an AI unit revives another unit or I revive someone I get added additional "Sat view" action.

    The additional ones get deleted when I use the action so it's not a big deal but still a bit annoying.

    I wish there was an "hasAction" command for this...

    The satView sqf:

  9. The exact same think happened with DR when they found out virtually everything CM told them right up until release was a lie.

    Some people just LIKE being ripped off and lied to and then they just play a few mind games on themselves and then it's back to being ready to being ripped off, lied to again.

    There are people who have been hit by the Nigerian scammers multiple times. Some people's brains are just wired that way.

    Nothing you say, no matter how much proof you show them.. there are people who are drawn to scams/ripoffs like a moths to a flame.

    Yeah, I had to once register there just to ask how come they just take hook line and sinker and let themselves get bum-raped by CM over and over..

    Of course that got me banned but I just had to go in and ask.


  10. Guys, I got a PM whether I'd like to upload my mission to a site called Strategy Informer.

    Cool, I thought first... why not. Then after checking the site (which was very wide-ranged with games) I was a bit angry at a couple of issues:

    1. ArmA 2 was categorized under "Shooter" section and guess where the DR was? You guessed right, "Simulation"

    2. There was also a section for "Cheats"

    God how depressing...
