Have anybody seen some benchmarks of SLI GTX 480s or even better SLI GTX 580s ?

I am sorry if this has already been answered many times before but here goes: 1) Is it necessary to place the entire Arma 2 game on the RAM disk or only some folders? Or can the texture loading issues be resolved by putting only those into RAM? I ask because my game folder is 15.9 GB and I don't have enough RAM to make a disk that large. 2) Do people see improvements when putting the Windows pagefile on the RAM disk?

Apologies in advance if this has been answered before: Does this make it possible to play the Arma 1 SP campaigns in Arma 2? Or is it just the map?

I am playing the game right now...oh it feels so good, you don't know what you are missing

1) TrackIR 6DoF 2) Muzzle flash graphics 3) FSAA as ingame option 4) Increase duration of smoke and particle effects (perhaps as an option) 5) Option to turn off in game icons when entering aircraft, tanks etc. that reveal enemy position 6) Reduce the AI ability to spot you through clutter, grass etc. 7) Allow vsync to be turned off in Vista

Just make as many things as possible an option in the difficulty settings and let people play like they prefer.

Yes, but when you rage like that over one little thing in a game as vast and ambitious as Arma 2 you come across as an *******. You could politely ask for it to be changed in a patch you know.

Since many PC owners use the XBOX 360 controller myself included it makes sense to support it. The vehicle handling is much improved in patch 1.02. The graphics of the game pushes even the fastest PC to the limits. The game is vast and immense. Where do you find anything like that on XBOX 360? The game is clearly a PC game first and foremost.
