So is there anyway I can prevent a faction from appearing on a map or will they always appear no matter what?

I recently bought Arma II: CO and have been trying out warfare mode with the AI. I wanted to set up a Takistani Army vs. Guerilla game on Mountain Warfare by disabling the AI when setting up the game but every time I do the US faction still shows up.

I did a quick search and couldn't find anything about this. I was wondering if there is anyway I can prevent a faction from showing up in a game?

I'm also having problems with the chopper part. The choppers that were suppose to pick up the other squads were just flying 75m in the air while the squads just run under it. The third chopper hovered about 1 foot of the ground but didn't land so it took me a while to get in but when I did the chopper left without the rest of my squad and crashed into a tree.

I must say that this is a very well designed mission. Had a few intense firefights during my inital assault of the village and watching those air dropped bombs land on target was quite a specticle. The only bug I encountered was that after about 10 minutes of the jet flying around it randomly crashed before I could bomb the last tank.

Also I suggest that you make it possible to decide when bravo attacks since by the time they got into the village I already killed most of the defenders so their presence was pretty useless.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I'm wondering if there are plans for a Canadian release. I've checked several sites of stores, but none of them had Arma 2 listed. I'm wondering if it will be released over all of North America or only in the United States.
