Ok, I got it to work.

The problem for me was that the "2" in the key was actually a "Z". Yep, a dumb problem and the first time I've had a problem reading key on a manual.

So maybe check that Toby23, otherwise I wish you luck with Petergames.

Yes I did, that is for people that can install the game that they downloaded online and received a key in the email, but couldn't access the MP part.

My question is simply how can I get some support. Their phone number doesn't work and I could be waiting quite a while for a response to my email.

I have bought a DvD version of the game (German) in Switzerland, and I cannot install the game as the CD Key on the manual does not work.

Does anyone know how I can get some support for this issue? I have tried the Morpicon support phone number, but it doesn't work. And I don't know how many days I am supposed to wait for them to answer my email.

Any other avenues of support? Because this is quite frankly very poor. I've paid my money, so I should be able to play the game.
