Have been working on the rangers with OscerMike. So these have ben set aside atm. School makes me uncapable of making 2 projects at once. Next week I will pick this addon up again and continue to work on it. Hopefully. You will get the update as a christmas present :)

Some units will have flag patches. A small teaser. It does not say much. But that's what teasers are for.

We will try to make them as unique as possible. And as mentioned before, This addon will not be all about the units shown on the first page. And the units do blend in pretty well in chernarus.

I usually also save em as .png, then open them in texview and save as .paa. The photoshop plugin usually messes up the texture too. Creating white dots here and there. Enough with the vest. We get the communitys message about it. We will do something about it.... or we wont. That is to be decided. Other suggestions are fine.

The dudes in one of the first pictures are using some other vest then ciras. Probably PACA Low vis. With a harness over it.

LuLz, the thread is starting alot of arguments about the ciras :) We have 2 units, that you would most likely kill for to get. So these rangers in ciras is just a small part of our addon. It's not about the CIRAS guys. Well it's abit about them too but I believe that when you see the other stuff we have made the TAN/Ranger green stuff don't matter that much.

@Max255[PL]: Suggestions and advices are always good. It's ok. But things does not always have to be 100% accurate. If that was the case, we would not have that many addons.

I have some small plans on maybe changing the molle on the ciras. Gotta check with the godfather (OM) But we'll see. And the color is off most likely because of the lightning.

Hello. Once again I have started working on a new project. Currently I am working on the DCU 3 colour desert units. based once again on Johannes SF guys. But this time I have added the EAGLE H harness to the units. I might add more carriers/vests. The pack will contain 3-7 different camo versions of the units. Each camo has about 4-7 units. Screens to come very soon. (Fraps did not co-operate and I am in a hurry right now) What camos do you wanna see? 3colour desert will be included. yep. But I got it fixed. It was the normal map which was a bit off.

Hi, Could anyone tell me how to make the texture look crisp? It looks very good in Oxygen 2 in Direct 3d mode. But ingame it looks crap.

A little update. A small special forces group will be added :) Specialized in guerilla warfare. Not some super duper special forces with super new digital camo and the newest rifle on the market. No, these are old school.... Or poor. That's the first unit.

I support the idea for choosing side for a country/faction. We have seen the russians too many time on the opfor side. Todays opposing forces are mostly guerillas & insurgents from a country. Not a specific country. Altough you could play on opfor side as the russians and be the "good guy" but in a game like this, there is not many factions that really belong to the opfor side which still is on bluefor. understand what I am trying to say here? :D
