  1. Thanks for sharing that great vid inkle.

    The first shot did not hit the glass so I don't think there was any glass breakage before the kill shot.

    Curious though - the first round clearly hit to the left of where you shot at. I'm wondering how that is possible with the chopper moving forward and snipers rifles being so accurate.

    I'm a layman at ballistics and sniper rifles so if I'm missing something basic please don't crucify me. =)

    Wind from down draught turbulence maybe?!

    Superb shot though.


  2. There are general scripting tutorials aplenty, but you'll want to start with the player death event script. Take a look here at the onPlayerKilled part. I'm not actually sure if it is still valid for Arma2, but it should start you off. :)

  3. I think he means for single player mode as MP death-cam would be unfair. I miss OFP's death cam also, since there is no AAR, it's kinda nice to see where you went wrong or the enemy AI went right. As it is now, the cam does pull away to whomever shot you but it's in 1st person view and the screen is blood red so you can't really tell what happened.

    Yeah thats exactly what i meant :) for multiplayer its a no no, but for single player i would like to know where i went wrong, especially if i got wasted from behind etc...

    Im new to scripting so is there any tutorials on how to do this if i want to add it?
