Good Work so far, I was going through some of these earlier. A lot have been renamed since Arma 1, only a handful are the same.

Thats what I was after. Thanks a lot. :)

Does anyone have any information on the animation move names? Are they stored somewhere in a config file so I can go through them and see what they do? I've tried some Arma 1 names but they do not seem to be working.
Cheers.

I think a desert enviroment will look great in Arma. I miss the good ol' desert when I'm flying over the thick forests and fields... plus it's easier to see whats shooting at me when on a sandy plain!

First Aid-Simulation
First Aid-Action
Managed to get these two working ealier. Not sure what the clearance one does yet.
The Action and Simulation ones allow you to drag a injured squadmate, or carry him over your shoulder. You can also bend down and heal him if you are a first aider (Takes about 20 seconds or so) Once healed they can run at normal speed but are still hurt, and at risk of dying with one more small injury, so best to get them out of the place.
Just drag the module onto the map and 'sync' them with your squad leader and it will work for every member of your team.

After playing Arma 1 quite a bit I jumped onto Arma 2 today and I'm having a lot of fun with the mission editor. Has anyone else created something that turned out really fun?
I created a simple mission based around the castle on the large hill in the North. On top of the keep was a General, in the ruins and in the surrounding land I put a few groups of infantry. I flew a 6-man unit into a close-by field, and began my ascent towards the castle through a large field with hay-bales scattered throughout. Walking my men in formation towards the forest.
All of a sudden bullets start flying towards us from the treeline, two of my men instantly go down. I realise, that the AI must of kicked in, saw my heli as we landed or perhaps my gunner on the turret pissed them off. I knew it was futile to fight, so I sent my last three men running back to the chopper, with me following. A rifleman of mine got the back of his head blown off and instantly died, and another got shot in the back. I stopped, and used the new medical module's trick of carrying him over my shoulder towards the chopper, meanwhile bullets were whizzing past. I managed to make it, put him down behind the safety of the heli and....He had a bloody bullet hole in his eye, dead. What a waste of time!
I jumped in the heli and we took off, as I looked down, I saw a long line of blood smeared right across the field, where I unknowlingly dragged a dead body. HA!
Any cool stories?

After synching the three First Aid modules to the squad leader, I can Drag/ Carry injured mates, so that works fine.
However, how do I go about healing them? How do I command a nearby ambulance (Air or Ground) to heal them? Can they do this or do they just pick them up? I cannot recall how it worked in Arma 1

As kdjac mentioned, the GOL server is good, when its not locked.
Had a good run earlier on there, playing the mission where we storm the castle to kill the insurgent leader. We landed a helicopter with about 4 of us, we trudged up to the castle, which was full of enemy. We're at the main gate, nervous and outnumbered. I turn around, and there is 10 soldiers all crouched behind me, they arrived from another copter just in time. Was a great moment, thought we were all alone. We stormed it, with only one injury and the copter landed straight away and launched us out.
This game really does work when everybody puts a bit of effort in.
