Re. steam. Its sad that what basically is a purchase+delivery mechanism can affect some peoples buying habits. You guys ordering from Play are taking a chance...as they're in the Channel Islands stuff usually takes 5 days for me. Unless they've got a UK mainland depot these days ?

"perfect without any glitch" will be a little tricky methinks; it needs to be JUST good enough to get any people sitting on the fence to buy it.

As this game ships in the UK this week, there's not much point is getting the demo (assuming you live in the UK and you've pre-ordered it, that is). 2GB; that's just crazy;

Don't use Play if you want to play the game early. Use either http://Gameplay.co.uk or http://Game.co.uk (same companies).

I don't really care PROVIDED it doesn't stop me from playing the game when I want and the install process isn't unduly long or buggy. However, ignoring the pirate issue, the mechanisms (Steam in particular) do make it difficult to sell a game which means...I may start to care a bit more in the future. e.g. I'll only buy a game if I know its not going to be shelved after 20mins.
