Why, "optics" of course! 2ndary mouse is also bound to "optics" by defualt too, but for some reason when in a "vehicle" 2ndary mouse zooms, rather than brings the optics up.

The stuttering when looking around is most likely caused by poor HDD performance. What type of HDD do you have? You could consider using some of your RAM to load the most accessed .pbo's into a RAM Drive, or get a SSD, or maybe just load the addons from a flash drive. Kthx?
